The very best I can say about this place is that they can atleast make the food well. (When they want too I should add) But aside from that the customer service makes you forget even that immediately. It's sad because here gets another business out here that I don't feel like going to ever again because they choose to keep people with the absolute most disgusting attitudes employed there. App missing items at this store.Parking: Very few spots. If there is any line at the drive through, good luck!

Tried to call in order due to crazy puffs not being on the site to order online. No answer. I’ve called 4 times. No answer. Never mind I’ll order elsewhere
On March 15, 2024 I decided to eat Little Caesars Pizza located on 9415 Hwy 5 Unit DDouglasville, GA 30135. The employee stated that I can come in and not hold up his drive thru. Didn’t get his name. I came in the manager or lady at the counter stated I don’t have to come to their store anymore and refused to give me her name. Now I wasn’t rude and I didn’t ever expect that from anyone. That’s your job to make the pizza the way the customer wants. Unless it’s unreasonable. The lady name that was on my refund receipt was Faness J. Not sure if she was the manager. Unacceptable treatment from this store and should not have on your team representing your company.

Order for work party, 4 pizza online 2 days ahead, didn't get email, that they were ready until after I picked up order. It was superbowl Sunday and they were busy. The staff didn't acknowledge customers wait and really turned me off from Ordering here in future. They need fresh new staff or training.

They have colored folks and Mexicans running the place.No I'm not prejudice, it's just a fact that these two group of people lack the skills needed to preform at a high level of proficiency.I order wings and was serve all drumlets, I asked for them.to place my food in a bag and the bag was placed on the counter for to.do.it myself.The manager just looked.without any concern.Never will.i purchase from.this place again.
