Bought pizza yesterday, there was literally an obliterated pizza. No dough whatsoever and was sticking to the cardboard. Me and my roomie had to use forks to eat this delicious mess. We were high, so we gave it a pass.Now today, it’s taking well over an hour for our subs when we are down the street. Tracking doesn’t show anything until an hour later it says “On its way!”. Well, it should’ve been on it’s way 30 mins ago.Maybe they’re short staffed (as is the theme at every place these days) and doing their best. But that pizza was definitely not a pizza but it was good ?

I was very disappointed. The pizza was not what I was expecting. I dont know if it was the flavor of the pizza sauce that tasted really bland to me or just the way it was put together. But I wont be going back.

The customer service was great!! The cashiers were friendly and highly recommend!!??
They forgot to add my garlic/pizza sauce cups for my order. I called the store 2 minutes after it was delivered and was told, and I quote "Oh, I see it was on your ticket. I'm not sure what we are supposed to do about it now though". I just asked for them to deliver my sauces. I live a mile from the location, so I'm assuming I'm not receiving those since it's been an hour since the request was made.

Menard, the “manager” is awful at conflict resolution. Twice I’ve ordered from this location and each time the service and food was trash. Pizza looks as if it’s sitting in a warmer all day. Thee worst location in douglasville! The manager wouldn’t even offer a fresh pizza. Instead he offered 25% NEXT TIME I ordered. Lol now why would I order again. I’ll definitely be reaching out to corporate.
