This was my kids favorate place for pizza ,I have been supporting them since they opened.Today 12/03/2023 I ordered the pizza but my card had a problem so I didnt think it went through..Later I look at my bank statement and found out that I was charged .I called the store and spoke to the manager arond 5.45pm I explained to him what happened ,he said he was going to make another pizza for me since the other one was there since 2pm ..I send my brother to go pick the pizza and when he got home the pizza that he was given was from afternoon with 2pm receipt....that being said t...they didnt make another one. I took back the pizza and when I got there they said the receipt was from afternoon but the pizza was the new one .when I tell you the pizza was so cold and hard that no one could eat it.what I did is I gave their pizza back and they refused to refund me or make another pizza for me.I left the pizza with them and they kept my money.I will never order or recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame that yall can keep someone's money knowing that you really didnt make the second pizza.BAD BUSINESS

Tonight I was very disappointed with the delivery and the quality of the food I received. First of all when the order arrived the food was warm not hot as usual, and the order was incomplete. The driver offered to go back and bring the missing item, so I called the store and very nicely, told them what happened and I was assured everything would be brought back correctly. I Normally order a salad every time we order from here because it's always fresh and crisp. Today the lettuce was wilted and not fresh at all, it was as if the salad had been made 2 to 3 days ago and it was still made incorrectly and items were still missing. The standard of service tonight was not up to par for the cost and I will probably reconsider ordering from this location again.

Stopped in to get a small pizza with pepperoni/onions/mushrooms. It wasn’t the worse pizza, but, it came in close. The crust was to thick and doughy. 2 slices of pepperoni, dried onions and bits of mushrooms, on each slice. Marcos at this site use to be the best pizza in the area. I wonder what happened to this franchise?

The shift manager tonight forgot a number of items on my order. When I initially picked up the order, he checked it on the receipt, and I had to remind him of the 2 garlic sauces. I went home and then had to come back for the drink I paid for through the app. I asked him exactly "What do you think I didn't leave here with if I only left with boxes?" And then he knew the answer.

Ok ordered online 2 hours ahead , placed order to be ready at 6:10. I arrive 6:05 waited 3 minutes in drive thru to get seen. Told my name and waited , 5 mins later he comes back tell me it's coming out right now and takes my money. 15 mins later comes back and says they are cutting my pizza now... What?? Long story short I leave at 645 have 1 wrong pizza nothing for my son to eat (he only eats white sauce pizzas) was told they Cannot remake it. Well bad night...

For the past 3 years, this Marcos location honors ZERO coupons despite advertising. We order exactly what the company requires for the coupons and this location never allows or can explain why they cannot honor the coupon. It's really frustrating when we pay over $50 for pizza when the company advertises deals and specials that they cannot seem to honor. We have tried now over 5 times and each time we end up paying full price with no explanation.We love the pizza, but the customer service and inability to accept coupons (even that come adhered to the box of pizza of food we have paid for) has deterred us and many others from future ordering.

I ordered a Greek salad for delivery, as I have many, many tines in the past & they have always been excellent, NOT TODAY though. I honestly believe not 1 employee in this location would have eaten the DISGUSTING, BROWN, salad that I rec'd. I had to throw it out, it was awful. You all could have only been open for like maybe 2 hours....looked many days old. I did take a photo Suggest you check your lettuce status NOW, before you attempt to serve anyone else

While looking at the website, I called to place an order for an advertised special on July 4th. The young sounding lady who answered said, "We don't have that special." I told her that I was viewing it on their website. She said, "That's corporate, we don't do that." So, I hing up & ordered from a different pizza establishment. As a small business owner I am rather surprised that that employee was not trained to close the sell & keep a customer for future business. Hey Marcos, Happy 4th of July.

Made an order and the wrong one was delivered. Was promised a new one and it came an hour and half later after we had to follow up and call on it. This location has gone down terribly. Our last 4 orders were wrong, incorrect, or missing something. No refund either. Just a credit. A lot of good that does since I don't plan ever ordering here again.
