I bought a meal 10 piece chicken nuggets today for my daughter dinner and when my 8 year old child eating her 3rd nugget she told me that there was a hair inside the piece of the nugget. She stop eating and she was not in the mood to eat the rest of her food. I checked the nugget and what is worst was she only realize it when it has a little bite left. This is gross. I should have went back to the store to complaint but i have to prepare my family for the next day work and school. This is the last time that we are going to any McDonald’s store. This store is getting worst of their service, sometimes their nuggets is cold or it was just warm in the microwave that even a child can tell if it was just warm in a microwave or just came from the fryer. Or they didn’t put the right amount of the nuggets. Employees don’t know how to apologize if you say the food is cold.

This location is absolutely terrible!! Today makes the 3rd visit I made to this location and left without food. I was 1 of 4 cars that had to pull away. They always claim there system is down or they are under staffed which is a complete lie! They arrive to work late every morning which makes them start up late which makes them unprepared to open at 6 am. The Staff is VERY Rude and do not care that they can't serve you and tell you to leave. Completely unprofessional and poor reputation if such a long standing company.
