I’ve noticed new staff recently and the customer service hasn’t been great. I used to walk in to a warm welcome, not anymore. Sad, but the cakes are still top notch! Can’t get better than these cakes!

Extremely disappointed with the quality I received yesterday. I purchased a chocolate chip cookie gluten free and it was extremely dry. Very crumbly and lacked flavor. I usually have a great experience and hate writing this review, but for what you pay, it should have been moist and tasty.

The customer service here is top notch. We had gone to dinner at Johnny's and decided we wanted a bundt cake afterwards. When we got there, they were closed. The lady came to the door and said they had just closed out but she was going to see if they could still assist us. They opened back back up for us but we could only use a card. That was too easy. We were very appreciative of them.

Had my first Key Lime Bundt cake here a week ago. The 2nd visit was yesterday and yes I'll be going again next week. They have other flavors but this is my favorite. So thankful they make $5.00 cakes... just right for me...lol However, this flavor may not last long so I recommend you check them out.
I ordered a red velvet cake Saturday May 27th. Everyone at the party complained about a weird taste. This was a total waste of money and I was so embarrassed by my party contribution. Please do not order this cake totally disgustingI spoke with your support and they offered no solution not a new cake or refund. Your attention to this matter would be appreciated.

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes! I have tried their bundtlets several times and they have some of the best red velvet cake in the area. Even with them, incorporating a chocolate chip (in the individual red velvet bundtlets), their cakes are so moist and flavorful. The mini cupcakes did not have a chocolate chip and were even better.On my most recent experience with this location, I picked up a dozen mini Bundt Cakes that were for my birthday celebration. Their website was very easy to use and the dozen cupcakes were about $26 after tax. I placed the order online a few days before and they were ready by the pick up time that I selected of 10:30 AM Saturday morning. I arrived before 11:30 AM, but not quite at 10:30 AM to allow time just in case. I was able to get a free bundlet ($6 value BTW) for my birthday as well (with their free online rewards program), and opted for red velvet. I did not eat it until a few days later and it tasted great after being refrigerated. I kept the mini cupcakes in the refrigerator and they tasted great at room temp, and even better being microwaved for 10 seconds or so. Overall, I love this location & their mini cupcakes/bundtlets. I would use them again for future celebrations as well.

Every day is somebody's birthday, WHY not go to Nothing Bundt Cake and celebrate their birthday for them. My first time coming here, I was like a little kid looking at all the different flavors. I got the 6 bundtinis, 1 chocolate, 2 lemon, 2 red velvet, and 1 carrot. No, this wasn't all for me, but I figured why not by one for everyone at my house. They were so moist, fresh, and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness. This place was clean and smelled so good when I walked through the door. The customer service was great!! I have been a member from the 1st day, and I have received my first free bundtini. As a member, you will also receive a free bundtini for your birthday.
