I love this place but is going down the hill.The staff is not taking care of customers and place like they used to. I have approaching them, the last couple of times I have been there to let them know bathrooms are Nasty, and they don't do anything to correct this. Twice on the road with the same problem, even worse.

Service time could be better. Maybe they should post some hiring signs to get more support. And more focus on Customer service could help. If you plan on going through drive-through for a quick run to make it to the highway, you might wanna give yourself an extra 15 minutes Headstart when leaving out of the house.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. I was VERY disappointed to say the least. My son brought me so I didn't want to complain so I stifled my concerns so as not to dampen the day. However, The Mediterranian veggie Sandwich and Onion soup, left more to be desired. The soup was borderline cold. Yeck! and they served me with a plastic spoon. I NEVER eat with plastic. When I asked for a metal utensil, I was told they were being washed. To be honest of I had known I was going to have to eat like I was at a picnic, I would not have come there. They have have a place for a TIP on the receipt. A TIP FOR WHAT??? no one is serving you, you place your order from an overhead menu ( like at a McDonalds, )and you go PICK UP your food when it's ready. You grab your own condiments, fill up your own plastic cup and get your own napkins. WHO AM I TIPPING AND FOR WHAT???Let's not forget the guy slouched over in the seating area, full asleep and snoring with his mouth open.Wasn't very classy- more like a Starbucks. I pass.

This place is definitely over rated and over priced. The food is terrible. I got better sandwiches from a blinpies in a BP gas station. Anyone that has ever eaten at blinpies know how terrible it was. First and last time going

Wait time is always uncertain but the food quality is great. I just didn’t like that even though i ordered online i still had to wait the same amount of time as dine in customers. The point of the app is convenience but there isn’t any at this location.

The walls and seating are nasty. It doesn't even look like the walls next to the tables have ever been wiped down, the material on a good many of the seats is peeling/flaking off some of them a significant amount. The food was good but I didn't really enjoy sitting inside to eat because of how dirty it

Cant say I’m surprised. The employees here are completely careless when making the food, and double checking the orders. As you see here, my sandwich is missing ingredients. The girl at the window just handed me my bag without even giving me my drink and I had to ask her for it, after she closed the window. The app usually tells you when the ingredients are out so you can replace them, but the app never notified that to me and this is how I received my meal.
