I’m a door dasher and I went into this pizza place to pick up my order I kindly asked for the customers pizza and the curly head little boy had a very nasty attitude. I will never ever go back there again now I see why your ratings are so low.

Worst papa John’s in the county is don’t like ordering anymore because it come from this location now . My pizza looked microwaved like it was re-heated . It was incredibly gross , this has now happened 3-4 times. If it’s not fresh I don’t want it , I won’t be ordering from papa John’s anymore .

i got the cheesy bread, the small cheese pizza, and the oreo bites. unfortunately, the oreo bites were nowhere to be found. they gave me a box with sauce in it instead... i kid you not

Had a issue with my order and was promised a credit. I called in at a later date to get the credit and Nick the manager was so nice and made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service.

We generally like this location, but tonight's order took 2 hours to arrive - after they called to tell us they were out of bacon, they "messed up the order" (their words, not sure how exactly), sent the driver without one of our pizzas, marked the pizza delivered, and then finally delivered 2 subpar pizzas. Because honestly, it was made badly on top of all the waiting (not enough cheese, not spread well, and the 'half toppings' weren't divided properly). Clearly they knew how to contact us (they called about the bacon), but they never let us know our order was messed up or running late, never apologized, and certainly never did anything to fix the situation. I guess it's time to find a new place for our weekly pizza.Kid-friendliness: Nothing kid-friendly about waiting 2 hours for badly made pizza.

I called yesterday to order pizza for my daughters birthday party. The party was at a neighborhood pool that didn’t have an exact address so we have them the home address (right around the corner) and I asked the guy taking the order to please tell the driver to call me when he came in the neighborhood so could direct him to the pool. He then rudely told me that they don’t pay for phones or phone bills for the delivery drivers and that if they don’t want to call me they don’t have to and they may not get there with the pizza. I then asked him to simply notate that the pool is directly to the right upon entering the neighborhood. He told me he couldn’t make any promises they would find it. He was very rude and didn’t seem to want my business. So I called Pizza Hut and gave them my $300 order and they had ZERO problems with my delivery requests. I live 30 seconds from this location but I won’t be giving them anymore business.

Horrible customer service my order wasn't right 3 times. Brandon called me from his personal phone telling me not to call his store back that he made my order and he had a lot of kids working for him and my order was right he did it himself but definitely wasn't right. So I was going to just make another order and the kid that works for him hung up on me..they have lost a lot of business
