Lasr night I ordered 2 pizzas One lge Supreme pizza one medium pepperoni pizza and lemon pepper wings my order was placed at 8;09pm received incorrect order at 8;40pm I was told miscommunication in the back. I waited for an additional 20 mins for sn incorrect order received I guessed a meat lovers? Medium ordered large Please hire sufficient help with good ? capabilities. If you have time and patience for mistakes go here otherwise look elsewhere

The large pizza had about a teaspoon of marinara sauce and the toppings didn’t even cover the entire pizza. I have never had a pizza so dry. I mean almost no sauce. I have been going to this Pizza Hut since 2003’. This was my last.

This is my first time to this Pizza Hut, but I have to say, it was one of the cleanest, well maintained Pizza Huts I have ever known. The best part was the waitress. She went above and beyond, and even ran to get straws from a store across the street when they ran out, she was always smiling, and keeping up with drinks etc. I was stuned by the service. This place is no where near where I live but I wish it was. Great management and fantastic staff. Thanks Xyaniya! I don't know if Pizza Hut management will read this, but you have great potential for becoming a Manager, or franchise owner. Your courtesy, kindness, and strong work ethics were perfection incarnate. So was her manager. A+++ Restaurant

The black lady with the poof ball ponytail and the heavy weight black lady with the horrible braids and bad teeth need to be fired. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were very unprofessional and need to have their mouths cleaned out with soap. My order was wrong and I had credit and they still tried to charge me more than I paid. It’s the principal. I just had the worst experience here at this Pizza Hut. Over 40 minutes of waiting when my order was supposed to be ready and no body attends the register. Another person had to scream for service. They just kept saying not ready yet and I was gonna ask for a refund after another 10 minutes but no one serves the customers. Unless it’s to socialize with people they know. Completely ignoring me and just greeting his friends. They skipped over me standing in line I will never go back here. And you could see through the service window how charred all their dishes are and dirty floors. I didn’t even want to eat my food anymore and left.

This is the most unprofessional location. This is the 2nd time I have placed online delivery order, paid a delivery fee $5.29 and then all of a sudden when it's time for my food to be delivered, I'm calling looking for my food and now they don't have a driver. The store charges my card for the food I'm never going to get. I will be contacting my bank to get my money refunded. And the person answering the phone is not professional at all. Very unacceptable.

if i could give this place a 1 star i would. this is the worst pizza hut location. i ordered my pizza online and waited over an hour for the “dasher” to say they were in my neighborhood and never received my pizza. i contacted the pizza hut and they said to hold and they hung up on me. i called again and explained the situation to them and they did not care at all. the people who answer the phone are hostile and do not care about what you say. they told me i just had to order a new pizza and when i did receive my pizza it looked like they took different slices of pizza and put it together and it wasn’t even warm at all. it had no sauce and was stale. i as well ordered boneless wings and they were half frozen. smh this place is a joke.
Food was great!Don't dine-in here.. got kind of excited to find one that had actual dine in.. unfortunately, they are not very well setup for dine in at all.Our server had us and one other table..the other table was there before us, and we got ours first...she struggled a good half hour before another employee came in to get the Pepsi dispenser spouts on the correct way... could not figure out how to make sweet tea with the dispenser, which both of our tables wanted... it was hard not to want to go help/ or give a suggestion (I've worked in restaurants many years now). The guy helping sat the ice bucket on the floor which is a sanitary no no.Bathroom out of toilet paper and paper towels.Sad because we got there around 11:30.Management should do a better job ensuring all staff are versatile and better trained when hired. I don't blame our server. She tried at least.Could we have ordered online and ate in the car.. sure! But I can do that anywhere..what's the point of sitting down to enjoy it if you aren't setup to handle the volume of two or more tables.

Pizzahut has improved on the flavor of their pizzas. I ordered twice from this Pizzahut, and the pizzas were very good. The whole family enjoyed eating the pizza. Whatever changed, keep up with the better flavor!

Order delivery at your own risk. Disappointed in the lack of communication regarding an order that was never delivered to my home. Was not called the night of to tell me it was no longer getting delivered despite fact it stated out for delivery . Was not given a refund upon asked and store credit didn’t match what was spent especially considering they took fees and tips for a service they did not do. Called multiple times with little help and my issue has yet to be resolved.
