I would give them -50 stars if I could they don't care about your online delivery orders at all don't even get most of the stuff I ordered not once not twice 7+ times and I'm done! Oh I paid $20 for 2 3 piece chicken meals but didn't want the sides biscuits or drinks ? Called the driver to make sure it was there because they always forget my stuff and he said none of it was in there???????? $58+ dollars in all and I got nothing because I told him to cancel it because why would I pay $20 for just 6 pieces of chicken no sides no biscuits no drinks! I'm done with ordering from here! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Oh amd tried to call because you can't order just gravy which I like to dip my chicken and biscuits in so I ordered a extra Mashed potatoes and gravy and called to tell them just to make it gravy and got hung up on 5 times in a row told me I needed to talk to the manager but hung up on me even though I called the 30 minutes before I even made my order! Never got the order had it canceled manager hasn't called me AND STILL HAVENT GOT MY $58+ DOLLARS BACK!

Been there twice it just opened maybe 2 months and the chicken was hard and dry the second time I stepped to the counter to order my food the young man didn't even look at me because he was texting on his phone he told me he was ready when i was ready took my order and walked away i had to reach and get my own Receipt read the receipt order was wrong and a lady came i told her what happened she fixed it

Worst Popeyes experience every, it was 11:30 and they was still not ready for business, outside trash by the door was over full, chairs still on the table, drink machine was not working right didn't have bags up front, the bathrooms smelled like sewer. I ordered a 3 piece tender, they gave me 3 piece chicken, told them they gave me the wrong order and the manager told me that's not what I said and wanted to argue about what I ordered instead of just giving me what I ordered, she finally told someone else to give me the right order and I said something about the price difference and they both had an attitude about giving me my money, I set down and started eat and needed another ranch dipping sauce, I go back to the counter and the Manger arguing with somebody in the drive thru and still talking about my order they messed up. I've seen some bad customer service, but they have every body beat with the bad attitude and customer service. I'm reporting to the health department for the bathrooms and the BBB for everything else

The food was old, the red beans were watery, chicken leftover tasting and unsightly. The biscuits were dry and hard. Mac and cheese horrible! You could hear the order taker talking to other people in the store on the drive thru mic. Very unprofessional. Very unconcerned. Horrible experience. Never going there again. But the day before around late afternoon the food and service was great. That was the reason for my return for a family meal.

I spoke with the manager Tarshea (not sure of the spelling) to ask about placing a large order for pickup the following day. She told me to just call before coming in she would be there it would be ready. She was true to her word. The chicken was being boxed when I came into the restaurant, all I had to do was pay and go. Major shoutout, the chicken was fresh, good and crispy. Everyone kept saying Popeyes showed up and showed out. I made sure to let them know it’s from the Fairburn Rd. location. Thank you Ms. T and her crew!
