Very rude cashiers. If I had not of just waited in line for 15 minutes and needed the groceries I would have just walked out. Not only have they lost my business but also the parks business and my companies business. Not that they will care !

Don't do the grocery order online and go pick up. My account has been charged for groceries they claimed haven't been pulled yet. You guys are killing me!! This is the third and last time I'm going to trust you. If I don't get this today like promised, then who is going to deliver this to my house tomorrow??? It's 720pm and I know I won't get my groceries today.

I'm just annoyed that today I walked into Sam's behind a woman I didn't know and she grabbed a cart and I proceeded to grab one right after her and the greeter said to her "you have a nice day" didn't ask for her membership card or anything and as I go to walk into the main area of the store he said to me with an attitude "I need to see your membership card" now that's fine but why didn't he ask the woman in front of me? Don't demand to see proof of membership if you're not going to be consistent. The employees in this store are always rude and it makes me want to travel the extra 45 minutes to the next town to shop at Sam's.

My daughter works at this sams and was let go today. She is a hard worker and i know her work ethic because she learned it from me. They fired her after being told she could take a break. This Sams is the worst. from how it treats its customers to how it treats its employees. Its amazing when we get people in power who instead of motivating their employees they ride the ones who TRULY WORK!!!!!!! She left a job to come and work their and its sad.
I like the bakery you can smell all the great things coming out of this place and they taste great

I like Sam's for getting a better deal than other stores when buying dairy, meats, vegetables, seasonings & spices, batteries, baby shower diaper gifts (no more babies for me), gift cards , inexpensive workout clothes, books, ink cartridges, although they just discontinued one for my laser printer, the Canon 126, heck, just about any & everything! The bakery items are fresh and a good deal, where else can you get two loaves of bread for like $4?! They have cakes, pies, cookies, etc. oh and their rotisserie chicken is the best! They actually sell you a whole chicken for under $5, not a Cornish hen for $8 like at Publix! It's seasoned well but they only have 1 flavor. They have a convenient scan and go app which is good to get in & out if you don't have a basketful of groceries. Just remember to bring your bags as they don't have any. I've been disappointed though to not see Former FLOTUS, Michelle Obama's book, Becoming, in the store at all. Like did the store just decide not to carry it? And if so, why?

This store is horrible when it comes to customer service. It lacks a sense of urgency when it comes to pleasing the customer and when trying to get you on your way. Whenever you ask for the manager and they page for one no matter how many times is called for one over the intercom a manager takes forever to show up. They have terrible communication between the departments and employees specially at the tire and battery department. I only go here because there is no much competition close enough otherwise I would get a membership in another warehouse.

I love going to Sam's Club. On top of buying everything in bulk you will also come out very full.lol. So what's not to like. The employees at this Sam's Club is very nice and helpful. The restroom are clean And very big parking lot.
