Spacious warehouse offering quality brands at wholsale prices. The self checkout process is the best and they have most brands I'd buy at the regular grocery store. I'm impressed by the various selections and prices! The restrooms were clean, the food line was long and slow but throughout the store we sampled items.

Horrible customer service. I have been a member for over 3 years and I just called to try to place an order for a cake for my son's birthday and all I got was hung up on several times no talking no can u hold for second nothing just pick up huff and puff and hang up. Then I also called customer service and what do u know no answer either. They just lost a customer over this! I am beyond upset at their treatment towards loyal customer.

This isnt the first time but I placed a grocery pickup. I checked in when i arrived. Waited 15 minutes then called and no one answered. I get out and go in to see where my order is to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come to the front. The lady was kind but said oh I didnt see where you checked in. Ordering ahead was pointless and I was the only car picking up. Picking up orders there consumes alot of time. Not worth it. Employees are kind but the service is awful!!!!!!

Auto center out the wrong tires on my truck. I took vacation time to get the tires on. Had to come back after they found the correct tires. The manager walks off and now the mechanic that was working on my truck is working the desk. No one is working on my truck.

I would do everything in my power to avoid this location if you can. There's one over in Hiram that is head and shoulders above this one. Something's off here. Local management and corporate are failing bigtime. I know complaints have been made to both. Instead of cutting off pickup orders to match their available personnel, they continue to take on a full load like they're fully-staffed. They aren't. They're about half-staffed. Or the number of people they have working... have the output of about half the staff. You decide. So yeah, you make a pickup order, expecting to be notified it's ready for pickup at the START of your 1hr window, like every other pickup game in this town... when the reality at this store is that it won't be ready until 30 minutes to an hour or so AFTER your window started. None of the curbside pickup folks offer any apologies whatsoever for your inconvenience, and you can't get a manager on the phone to talk intelligently about it, apparently. I was in a time crunch for my pickup and expected this location to be like my usual one but pickups at the Douglasville club really are as terrible as several other reviewers are stating. I mean... eventually... an hour and 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, as I was getting ready to pull out of the parking lot, I did get the notification, so I stuck around. They were right out and the order was correct... so at least that part was good. Mr Conversation had nothing to say about why it was taking so long, to me nor the other driver next to me who was asking about her order. WHY they continue to accept a full load of orders for a given time window, knowing they are only competent enough to handle half that load... I will never understand. This is very poor management in action. Use this club only if you are extremely, exceedingly patient. I'm not, so I will go to the one where they do what they're supposed to be doing, when they're supposed to be doing it. That's Hiram, around here.

Not sure if I will be renewing my membership at this point. We rarely use it but the last two visits make me wonder if it's worth it. Walk into the location and volume on TVs and stereo equipment is ridiculously loud. I went to the pharmacy first and the music echoes so loud it's hard to hear the lady behind the plastic shield. Pharmacy people were super friendly and helpful. The store is another story. I was. Using the self checkout app. One item rang up $2 higher than the sign price. I asked an employee about it and his response was "what do you want me to do about it " I told him he was an employee and maybe he could let a manager know. Went to customer service desk and I and I am certain she just "yes'd" me Fast forward to this week. Sign not changed and the is still not changed. Definitely not renewing. Moving on to Costco

My wife had her vehicle broken into and he purse stolen. We called the service desk of the Sam's club we use which is located on concourse parkway. We wanted to inform them the card was stolen and wanted it canceled so our bank account linked to it couldn't be used. They told us thst we had to come there in person. Then hung up on us. We tried calling many times and they answered and immediately hung up. We got feed up and called another Sam's club Hiram location who actually helped us.

I love sams club but today, is the day that I am so furious with them. I go atleast every weekend, 2-3 times a month, spending up to $300 a visit. I was checking out, and on the screen it says, RENEW MEMBERSHIP. The cash register lady told me if I answer the two questions on the screen, "I would get $30 back. It's not a big deal, it won't hurt to answer." As I looked at the questions, it was my ssn and annual. I was thinking it's odd but I'm at Sam's so they wouldn't be scamming me. Stupid me, I was thinking this had to probably do with my new membership. I proceeded but when I was ready to pay, guess what?!? I was F***ing approved for a credit card I did not WANT!!! Can you imagine if I was trying to apply for a house and this one employee thinks this is ok to scam me to signing up?!!! I went to the manager, she couldn't do anything but call the credit card company to cancel. That still doesn't fix the fact that my credit score is now affected by YOUR CARELESS EMPLOYEE. She should be let go for this.

Love Sam's Club. Buy for our home as well as when we are buying for Good Samartian or for church events. Buy small amounts or large amounts. Prices are good. I love the Scan & Go app. Use my Sam's MasterCard for Gas purchases only. Get 5% back . Love that cash back !

I went to Sam's Club to grab 3 items. I live about 13 miles away. I called them the day before to learn if the item I needed was in stock. Why can't the Website tell us that? The phone rang endlessly with no answer. I ended up live chatting with a person who WAS able to verify the item I needed was in stock. So I went today and the store was completely unable to check people out in a timely manner. I was in a self-checkout line for at least 15 minutes and the line did not move at all. I finally left my cart because I can buy things elsewhere. It wasted my time and GAS MONEY! This does not happen at COSTCO! Guess where I will go next???!!! I have both memberships. Looks like Sam's will NOT be renewed.
