Very disappointed with the customer service. I came in at 8:45 pm to order a Goji Berry smoothie bowl and the girl working said that she wasn't able to make anymore smoothie bowls because they're about to close. There's 15 minutes left and there is no sign stating that they stop making bowls after a certain point.

Absolutely amazing, as soon as you enter you’re greeted by the employees. The girl who took my order, Cherish, was very polite, patient, and informative. She answered any questions I had about the ingredients in the smoothies and made helpful suggestions on some I might like. Also the alterations and substitutions you can make to each smoothie. I’m impressed! I have a lot of allergies but really enjoy smoothies. So I was relieved to be met with such understanding and amazing service. Will definitely be returning.Dietary restrictions: I have OAS and they were very accommodating to my request and alterations.

I’ve always been intimidated by the protein choices and the combinations and she helped me find the right smoothie and the right protein for my personal needs. Her customer service was amazing and professional and it’s so refreshing in Douglasville. Will be coming regularly from now on!

Acai bowl mostly acai and like 0 toppings. The protein chips were 90% air and 10% chips and their prices are kinda goofy.

Absolutely disgusted with the service at Smoothie King on Highway 5 in Douglasville. The level of appreciation for customers is despicable. On multiple occasions and I will share my most recent one, the employees and manager have zero interest in addressing their errors (coupons not loading) and making it right. I frequent this location so often I have several coupons. I was told, and I quote “the app is down and there’s absolutely nothing we can do bc if i give you $2 off, you will still have access to the coupon and it won’t benefit the business.” My response, so you inconvenience the customer? Her response, “well yes”. Smh smh..Save your money, and go to Tropical Smoothie on Chapel Hill where they appreciate your business. I wasn’t expecting anything more but what I EARNED!
