This place has the worst customer service, i stood in line for 30mins while they just looked me in my face and continued to complete online order. I didn't ask for a refund I just walked out... Terrible!

Over priced coffee waiting on drive throw over 20 min what type of value of service we getting bad wait time over priced full of chemical products pay for your sweats and blood bad service actually is getting worst horrible service to consumers.

This was the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff did not greet us. Our order was fine. No problems there. Workers not friendly. The floor in the lobby and dining area as well as restroom was filthy and sticky and our sneakers kept sticking to the tile. Paper towels all over the bathroom floor. Not clean at all. Thankfully we just stopped here passing thru but will go elsewhere next time. Won’t return to this location.

I Placed a mobile order to pick up at 5:30am no one was there until 6am it’s now 7am and they still haven’t opened yet due to there Employees not showing up on time. This was Very inconvenient this store needs

So just now I waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes and once I made it to the drive-through, I have a specific type of drink I like and I always order it the same way I order it however, the person at the window was rude trying to tell me what drink that I need to order and then wouldn’t allow me to properly finish my order and told me to pull up to the front she was super rude and I’ve never had this experience at Starbucks I just left after waiting 10 minutes. I ordered the same drink at Starbucks almost every single day and it doesn’t matter which city what state I’m in this is the first time I’ve had an issue ordering my drink.

Gabrielle was all smiles today when we ordered. It is always nice to be greeted by a young person with a smile. Our coffees were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to see an adorable service dog.

Ordered my daily norm, a venti hot chocolate with caramel and caramel drizzle. At the window was greeted with an attitude, after paying for a venti, was given a grande. Asked for order to be corrected, sales associate argued with me that I did not order a venti, showed them the receipt, and after being made to wait was given a venti size cup that tasted of hot chocolate and coffee mix together. I believe they just put the original grande size drink that they gave me in the beginning in a venti size cup, mixed with coffee or that already had coffee in it

Ordered the Carmel Macchiato and the ingredients were separated in the cup. The server explained that if I wanted it mixed I should have asked for it to be flipped ? Really ? I tried stirring it myself but to no avail the Carmel still settled in the bottom of the cup. Wow ? 3 coffee's were sitting on the counter and they were all mixed except mine ?? Who orders coffee and has to ask to have it flipped ?
