I get Starbucks is a big corporate brand nationwide, but do your staff and customers a favor hire more staff so their not overwhelemed when it's super busy and crowded. Please keep your stores stocked up, it's frustrating depending on location that you never have items in stock or run out of items so quickly. As a long time Hilton Honors member travelling for work, this has been one of the better properties I have stayed at. They give me maximum points. No tricks (like breakfast I thought was free but actually costed me a bunch of points). Good help from the staff. Very friendly.

Ok so I try to give everyone the benefit of doubt he doubt but this is the 4th time my order wasn’t up to par and the fact the girl had attitude because I asked for the whip cream she purposely didn’t add! Like if u don’t like your job find a new one I will go to the other location for now
