I paid with a gift card and the amount disappeared after the card was swapped and the server couldn't give me my food because said the whole transaction wasn't reflecting on her register and I didn't get my food and my showed zero amount on the card.

They got my order wrong and didn't give me all my food I paid for. I called they refused to get me the rest of my food or refund me my money for missing food. Will never order again.

They dont honor some coupons and barely honor other coupons sent in the mail. You can only get probably the lowest selling items, like the fake tuna or veggie delight on sale. I just left. I only wanted the sweet onion teriyaki. But not even that is honored in coupons. I won't be going back. There is a firehouse subs 3 min away, and other subways not far.

I was racially profiled right when I walked in this Subway Saturday March 2022. No one asked me anything. They didn't ask what kind of bread I wanted or what kind of sandwich I wanted. I just told the girl that was helping me and mind you she says nothing to me the whole time I'm in this store. They switch places and the older white male with grayish white hair in a pony tail, so he ends up helping me instead. So I'm in my phone at this time and so he YELLS AT ME to get my attention. I then tell him I want a Tuna, and he asks CAN YOU EVEN AFFORD THIS, I then tell him I don't know how to take your question, He said starts saying rude offensive things, then I SAY, IMJUST GOING TO LEAVE, and he replies YEAH YOU DO THAT. Mind you I work in Healthcare I am a MA, and I was in uniform. This is the worst subway, NO ONE SHOULD GO TO THIS SUBWAY unless you want to feel degraded.

Not sure what was going on the day that I went. It took them forever to make my food. There was an ups delivery and online order that came in, the lady that was making my food touched the computer and the box and thought she was going to go back and make my food. I asked her to change her ? and she did but acted as if I annoyed her. The fellas in the back were prepping but when the lady called them up to help her it took them forever to get to the front and help her. Nobody washed their hands coming from the back to the front. It was a mess that day!
