I ASSUME THE OWNER WAS WORKING ON FRIDAY 6/30/2023 5:00 PM. HE HAD FRESH TUNA OUT. I PURCHASED A FOOT LONG TUNA, WHICH WAS VERY GOOD.HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE TO MAKE ME HAPPY AND MY SANDWICH GOOD WAS A PLUS 10.

Would say zero.... Don't advertise hs closing at 10 pm, and have your OPEN sign on and then tell a customer your closed..... Thanks alot. Drove out of the way to come to your store. Amazing customer service NOT

SMH! I will never ever come to this subway AGIAN! I get my son the same meal every single time, but today was told I cannot get it on a certain bread? Why are we acting brand new? Then I was rung up incorrectly! Either this young lady is new or needs to redo her training immediately!! I even tipped her because I felt bad that she was the only one in the store, never will that happen again, enjoy your tip sweetheart because you will never see it from me again. CALLING CORPORATE IMMEDIATELY!

Today Oct 31 @7:50 I ordered two grilled pressed sandwiches. Once I got there the sandwiches weren’t pressed, they were also cold. I requested a refund and she told me she doesn’t know how to do the refund. So now I go home with two cold sandwiches and I don’t get what I ordered. First and last time I order at this subway. Update: When I got home, both sandwiches were poorly made. It’s a shame how low customer service has gone. Spoke to the Owner and a refund was offered if I brought my sandwiches back. This was offered when I contacted him 4 days later. Safe to say I will not continue to shop at this location.

Horrible customer service from the manager order was completely wrong so dissatisfied...Update the beginning of my review I did speak about the experience I had, but later the manager sincerely made it right and I'm thankful for that. Just know if you happen to order for delivery and order wrong call doordash I really was needing lunch for my daughter and the store didn't know door dash policy is they would deliver the correct order right away.

My boyfriend ordered the food online for order pickup; for one the food wasn’t even made until he got there plus the food was not made right! His sandwich had the wrong veggies and no mayo. My sub barely had any meat , a lot of veggies but no mayo no mustard or any other sauce I asked for. The service was horrible and the sandwiches was dry ! Don’t eat here .
