Subway in Douglasville

“I usually order for me and my husband through the app when I visit this Subway location. More often than not, they mess up my order by putting it on the wrong bread. This last time, not only did they put the order on the wrong bread, but they didn't put any meat on the remake and had to make me a 3rd sandwich. I was offered a refund for all of the mess ups, but I refused it. I just wanted what I ordered. Hubs loved the veggie sandwich btw.With their screw ups and great customer service combined with the BOGO deal, we usually get 3-4 sandwiches for the price of one. How can I not give them 5 stars? I love it here! ?“

“Everytime I go after leaving the gym the food be great I get a protein bowl and it always hits the spot however every time I go the workers seems upset and like they do not want to be there not one happy face and the restroom could use so major remolding.“

“This is one of my favorite locations. The quality has been consistent the last few months. This location is always clean and the staff seem really personable. I will say I feel really bad for the employees. It’s always so hot there. I don’t know how they manage to continue to work with smiles on their faces. I’ve told my family and friends about how great this location is.“

They accommodated me with everything that I needed. I truly appreciate the staff that is here young African-American gentleman Represented this establishment very well I will always choose this location because of his generosity“

“Horrible customer service from the manager order was completely wrong so dissatisfied...Update the beginning of my review I did speak about the experience I had, but later the manager sincerely made it right and I'm thankful for that. Just know if you happen to order for delivery and order wrong call doordash I really was needing lunch for my daughter and the store didn't know door dash policy is they would deliver the correct order right away.“

“My Grandma loves it. She says the food is good. Depending on who is working is how the service and atmosphere are. Lately it's been nice to go into Subway. I think they finally wised up to the couple of guys that were making the entire Subway look bad. There were times you would go in there and you couldn't even hear yourself talk, the music was so loud and heavy metal at that. I only give them a four star because of the guys that are making Subway look bad. I eat at Bamboo Gardens, and I love it.“

“Good location to go to because I am always in and out. It's always clean and the female owner is nice and quick! BUT the employee serving me on this day seemed as though he was either high or just not all there! I had to repeat myself several times and he acted as though he was unfamiliar with what Subway serves, lol! This is the reason I took a star away...“
