Waited a long time for chicken nachos and 3 tacos. Then, when the order came out, the tacos were wrong. It was not busy, so I'm not sure why we waited 45 minutes for our food. My friend took the positive road and said it allowed us to talk more. Sure, but I was hungry. Drove an 1 hour to get to this location, but will not come back. Not worth the time and gas.

Taco Mac Kennesaw is still the best Taco Mac in town. Never seen such variability in a chain, but some locations are just not getting it done. The Douglasville location, however, is not one of them. It is a close second to Kennesaw and we will be back!

This was the worst to-go order ever. Order was placed at 645pm store time for a 745 store time pickup. Showed up at 818 as it was Saturday and expected the order to be behind. At 835 asked the to go clerk what was going on. She said the ticket said an 845pm pickup. Annoyed, but fine. At 845pm, still no food. It's now 852 and still no food and the to-go clerk says all the orders will be another 10-15 min. When pointing out the fact that we could have got a table, sat down, and had our food already, the employee got snappy. So we walked out. Thank God for AMEX and reversing charges. Never again will we try this place

We had the best experience here! By far my favorite Taco Mac. The food was amazing. We had the pretzel bites, burger, and chicken wrap. The waitress was so fun and nice. The drinks were great, and she made sure everything was good. We will be back!!

I came into the Douglasville location and got all the way here and they don’t offer this special. I showed waitress this same offer online and she asked manager. They wouldn’t honor it. I would have like to watch the Braves game here but there is no reason the manager shouldn’t have honored this special. I’ve been a lifelong customer since the old location in Douglasville and highly doubt I’ll ever be back. This is false advertising and bait/switch. Jessica was the waitresses name if that helps. Jessica I’m sure she’s great. The manager didn’t even come look at it. This was today April 11. If you need to search this online just google Braves and taco Mac.I went across the street to Tops!! Great wings and beer specials. Plenty of tvs with Braves playing. Service is also amazing!! Tops is not my go to unfortunately because I use to love tacomac

Went in yesterday (3/11/24) around 5:30-6pNo Corona, no Modelo, ordered an appetizer and 2 beers.Let my waiter know I was stepping outside for a sec. Came back in and my entire table had been bused. Manager never came to us. Waiter is very new to his role. Service was horrible.
