Great food, tacos are authentic. Pastor and chicken tacos are my favorites. Definitely a fan of green verde sauce, but theirs is pretty spicy, so get it on the side if you’re spice intolerant.

Lovely gathering with my wife, my sister and brother-in-law and their great young adults (that used to be my tiny niece and nephew! What happened?lol) We all had a great time, feasted fantastically and were served stupendously! First time visit, but certainly will not be our last! Wonderful evening!Worth the short wait to be seated and served so deliciously!

I went in today like around 7pm with my uncle for dinner. He came to visit from out of town and I wanted him to have a nice time. Unfortunately it was the total opposite. When we sat down at the table the waitress came she already had a nasty attitude. She took our order. When she brought the the food out she did just that.....she didn't once come back to check if we needed refills or anything. My uncle was trying to get her attention or anyone else's for that matter. No one came. There were several workers next to the bar just chit chatting amongst themselves. We waited a bit to see if the waitress would come by. She didn't. After trying to get someone's attention again he tapped the table with the empty bottle still nothing. We continue eating. Keep in mind my uncle had no more drink for a good while. He needed something to wash the food down so he taps the table again this time a bit harder. This time getting the attention of a gentleman who comes to us also with an attitude saying "you can't do that here! This is not your house!" We told him we had been waiting for the waitress or anyone for that matter to come refill/bring more drink. He said they were very busy. Y'all were literally just standing there. Clearly we were visible from where they were. Not once did anyone say "I'll be there in a bit" Nothing. Then the guy that came said " ahorita les traigo la cuenta pa que ya...." "I'll bring your check so you can" he didn't finish the sentence. Absolutely unprofessional on his part. He didn't know nor did he care if my uncle was choking on the food. The waitress did NOT come back at all.I paid the tab and left.I will NOT recommend and ABSOLUTELY will not be coming back!Bien despota el hombre narizon casi nos queria golpear...To both the waitress and him If you don't like working people then DON'T! DO BETTER!

Ordered the Jalisco dip (everything)$14.71(one size), drove back to work and only half of the container was filled. Then called to let them know and was told I would have a credit on my next visit. Went back and was charged an additional charge ($6.75) for a full order of dip.I have been a customer for many years and have never had such a bad experience LIKE THIS.(I do miss the old staff). I recommend Monterrey Mexican Restaurant Fairburn Rd Douglasville, Ga. They will be my go to from now on as well as my colleagues.

One star is generous here and for service. The one food that was edible was the salsa. The chips are bland and taste like cardboard. The guacamole had a funny taste to it and we had only a couple of bites. My husband had the chimichanga and 3/4 of his meal, but my husband will eat anything if he's hungry, "I never leave any food, but I did today." And I can attest to that because we've been together 23 years and love to eat out, especially Mexican, Tex Mex or Mayan. I had the Huevos which one would think could not be ruined but I found out today can be. The only good thing about our meal were the drinks and they still were sub par.We moved to Georgia a year and a half ago from Colorado. We were used to EXCELLENT Mexican/Hispanic/Mayan food ( there's a great place for Mayan food in Louisville KY.)The service is good, at least she checked with us often, but when we shared our food was not good, she left without follow up with anyone checking on us that could effect change. So we will never come back- unless it's the last place on earth to eat and we are starving.Parking: Easily found a parking space, now we know why. :(

The server was nice but the steak tacos was a big no no for me definitely wasn’t a good brand of steak tasted very cheap and blend everything to be honest there’s definitely no quality in the food quality over quantity if you ask me first time visiting last time visiting.

Real time review.First time visiting this restaurant for a group of 6 of us. Took a while for someone to take our order, so we had to ask. Food seemed to come out in increments (for example, ordered chicken fajitas...chicken came out first, a few minutes later the salad to go with it, and about 10 minutes later the tortillas). A couple of us had to remind our waiteress Judith that we ordered. She seemed like she was rushed and wasn't friendly at all. Never came back to check to see how we were doing at all. Margaritas were weak so we all had to get shots to add to our drinks. Food was great though. Too bad because we're not coming back.

Recently dined in, 2nd time eating here, 1st time was take-out. They close at 11pm and we got there around 9:45pm. There were several others dining in. We were taken to a table that was not completely cleaned and still had visible trash on it, but after asking, was seated at another table. After receiving our drinks & food, we realized we were never served chips & dip as expected, so when I asked, the waiter asked if we wanted it to go. No of course, we've just started eating, why would we want it to go? Overall, customer service should be the same from opening to closing. I understand we're humans and we get tired, but if you're in this type of business, you must treat all your customers with good hospitality. Nobody was rude in attitude or anything, just could tell they were slacking because it was late perhaps.
