Had a waitress Sam that kept forgetting our drinks and sat down somebody's Blue Moon drink. Then told us to Keep it. We don't drink alcohol. Then forgot to bring us our Raw Oysters. Said "oh well they're better afterwards anyways". We told her we rather have them before our meal ". "Well today it's after"! Then kept saying she is going to school to become a vet. Like are you wanting a BIGGER tip??!! And the only reason she is a server and so she can work on her people skills and remembering things. I always have a wonderful time dinning here, and always tip at least 25%.But today I only gave $5.00 on a $76.00 bill. Please speak to her, since she represents your restaurant and future visits from my family.

The 1st problem I ordered take out and their card machine system wasn't working so now I'm waiting for 30 mins. Still ended up paying full price. So I didn't get accommodated for the wait. I got home to eat my wings and they were burnt. I am so pissed off. Money

This was my first time here and it was ok. I did the 1/2 snow crabs, all seasonings and mild. It was served with a cup of butter. Kind of tasty.

My name is Nasir Beyah. Me and my family visited your douglasville location 3/13/24 at approximately 9:13 when we were informed by your apparent manager, Alex. Alex told Mrs and my family that we could not be seated because they closed at 10. The time was only 9:13pm. When we informed Alex that it was only 9:13pm, he continued to tell us that the kitchen closed at 9pm. When, in fact, your website states closing time at 10pm and on the door of your douglasville location it states closing time is 9:30pm. I feel taking advantage of and lied to about the misinformation I received from both your website and your store manager. I would like this email to reach HR team and also the Head Executive in order to correct false information and prevent miscommunication between your company and the public.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my daughter there to meet friends and the server put in Hot season for my daughter’s food. Which my daughter asked for Medium. I was sitting at a different table and my daughter called me and informed me that her food was wrong and her chest was hurting and her mouth was burning. The server was okay didn’t really say anything, but she pushed the wrong button instead of Medium she pushed HOT!!! When the manager came over he asked what I wanted I stated I’ll pay for something, but not all because my daughter didn’t really eat much of it. As I’m standing there one of the serves start taking smart asking how old is my child which I couldn’t understand what that had to do with the server pushing the wrong button on the cash register. The server started talking crazy which was so unprofessional. But before all this had happened we ordered chicken wings and the chicken wasn’t done. The corn was hard. I’m done with Tasty Crab. Horrible food and the manager sucks with some of his staff not all of them. Wish I had got names.
