I’ve been to all of the locations and this one is the best looking and most updated one. Touchscreen ordering and looked to be DoorDash or catering pick up area. Employee were young and friendly with good customer service. Because I’m a vegetarian I passed the meat. The veggies looked good. Broccoli cheese rice was delish, the green beans were nice and fresh - no out of the can and the cabbage was “ ok”. They def have different cooks and don’t follow the same recipe. Btw my potatoes was missing from my green beans - but the only issue was the food was room temp. I will def give another try.

There wasn't no wait when I went on a Friday, customer service was pretty good. The issue is the food was nasty ASL. Omg!!! Considering they are a soul food restaurant I thought I was gone get some good food finally. We been waiting over 2 years for the place to be built, just to be disappointed. The meatloaf was a 4 out of 10, the mash potatoes was okay, the collard greens was NASTY, the Macaroni was NASTY too, omg I threw my whole plate away. Definitely not coming back. They have a young staff so I assume these young folks cants prepared or cook the food properly but this isn't like the "THIS IS IT" food establishments in Dekalb and Fulton.

After being excited to have a location closer to my side of town, I was quickly disappointed when going to the Douglasville location. The food is over priced, they options are limited and the quality is missing. They should change the name to “This isn’t it!”.

Seems as if I order a cook to order an item it's always a debate with staff if it is in stock. I apologize you have to cook but it's on the menu. Drive thru shows too much. You can see staff tasting or playing with their phone with gloves, then handles food. We have to do better. The sides were good, but the entree wasn't right. I've tried this a few times

We ordered two fried whiting fish dinners. We took one bite and new right away the fish was frozen chinese fish from a box. That's right they make the fish as you order it. But it's cheap frozen fish. And it was expensive.
