My smoothie was great and I also got a wheatgrass shot which was $2 I believe but overall it was great Service was great I was greeted as soon as I walked though the door and the lady was very nice and helpful

Been coming here for 15-16 years . The smoothies are always good . But today wasn’t a great experience when one of the girls complained about me not tipping on the receipt. I told her if I could pull the 5 dollar bill I put in the tip jar I would that she didn’t see me put in there . Nasty attitude, first off the smoothies are pricey I don’t have to tip.

Hit or miss. Some of the newer employees lack customer service, but there are some that are really great. There is one employee who has been there a long time that is great, and then peyton is amazing.Smoothies are also hit or miss. I get substitutions in my drink and I can tell my drink is not correct. I am lactose intolerant, asked for almond milk instead of yogurt, and definitely got yogurt LOL.Pricing is also inconsistent. The same price I paid tonight, for a medium with substitutions and with the cash discount and the gym discount, was more than I usually pay when I get a large with substitutions and a bag of chips, paying with card and no gym discount.Could be because it was newer employees, but still I want to be able to pay the same price regardless.

I love stopping in to Tropical Joe's when I am in the neighborhood. I almost always get the Mr. Joe, (strawberries and bananas), sometimes with a fat burner or immune blast.

This location has gone DOWN! Those little girls making the smoothies have the nastiest attitudes. I mean terrible! Won’t even say hi when you come in and look at you crazy because you want a smoothie. I’m so sick of this place and will never be back.
The older man made my smoothie and it was horrible. My smoothies always taste much better when one of the girls make it. I'm assuming he is the owner. Every time I see him in the store with one of the girls they look stressed out and lose their usual personality, which is part of why I have loved this place so much. He needs to do better.

I ordered a mangotastic smoothie and it was horrible I didn't think it was possible to mess up a smoothie but it had Chunks of ice and no taste it was like it was drink colored iced water DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Not sure why you do not give receipts when paying in cash, but if you pay with cash and credit your credit card total should not be more than the actual cost of the order. My total was $12.24, I gave the cashier $0.24 and she charged my card $12.48. Don't think about calling this number 678.838.3360 to talk to anybody. Horrible TJS, you need to do better
