64$ order they started doing service fee 4.98$ and Togo charge 4.98$ instead of the 10% Togo charge which was fine. tried to forget plastic forks syrup and butter which is part of the Togo fee. Ordered triple mushrooms only got one scoop. Ordered extra bacon which I didn't receive. Waffle house isn't worth the wait nor the money anymore especially when you're paying for items you don't receive.

Put in take out order at location. Left and returned 20 minutes later, order still not put in. Manager was micro managing the servers by taking the orders and from servers and calling it out. Say they call in store orders first. I was in store for take out. I made the order before some of the people sitting down.

I arrived at this location at 6:05 am and was turned away. I was told they where breaking the grill down to clean it. Who would even think of this at this time of the morning. The lobby was dirty. Tables not clean. I'll not come here again.
