Upon arriving home after placing an online order for carry out, I realized that my order was incorrect. Wanting to rectify the situation, I promptly called the location to inform them about the mistake. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional, using foul language and yelling loudly. They didn't take my issue seriously and even mocked me which was very upsetting. They informed me that the manager couldn't provide a refund but offered to remake my order if I returned to the store. However, due to the distance and late hour, I explained that it was inconvenient for me to drive back. Despite my request for a refund, they insisted that I couldn't receive one for the missing item. They advised me to call the next morning to speak with another manager for further assistance. When I asked about the current manager, they claimed that the manager had already stated their inability to help and abruptly hung up on me. I tried calling back, but the phone was either off the hook or busy, preventing me from reaching them again. On top of all that, my food wasn't even cooked to my request of well done, the fries were soggy, and the boneless lemon pepper wings were extremely salty and undercooked. It was a truly disappointing experience, and it's clear that I'm not the only one facing issues with this location. They really need to address these problems.

I waited for almost an hour for the worst wings I’ve ever had. My food was sitting in the back getting cold for quite a while as the staff had meaningless conversations about their birth times. I wish that time was spent actually seasoning the bland wings they served. I will never order food from Wingstop again.
Called to order when I got off of work at 10:45pm and the woman that answered said to order on the app. To go on the app and not be able to order then to get there and they be closed at 11:20. This was so unacceptable I’m hungry getting off of work and get just made another unhappy customer. Do better.

I walked into the location at 11:23pm on a Friday night and was told that they could not take anymore in person orders and that I had to place my order online while standing in the store. I then go online to place the order and the orders have been turned off until the following day. Insane!!!

I ordered original hot wings and they were dry. I ordered lemon pepper wings and they were wet and the grease was still at the bottom of the container. I order a large fry and received a regular size. I asked for extra Cajun seasoning on the fries and received a regular amount of seasoning. A family member picked up the order so I noticed the order was wrong when they returned home, but when I called the location twice nobody picked up and it seemed like the phone was disconnected
