My grievance or issue is the matter of the need for parking and That if you miss the parking spot or what would be the entrance into the parking garage you have to go and Take a long route to get Back Into It.However the environment the atmosphere the service and the food are all excellentParking: There's only one way in and only 1 way out

Bagels here are great. Place is clean and easy to park in attached deck. Service can be spotty at times depending on who is working the register and how busy they are. Have had a couple poor visits because of inattentive staff and lack of hustle with staff They are currently listed as "temporarily closed" and not sure what the reason is. Hopefully, they will be re-opening soon.

I just ordered $60 from your website, came to pick it up - the door is locked and no one is answering the phone..

It was below mediocre food. The employees very obviously did not care, and then they lied and said they didn’t have any eggs right before peak hour. It was slow, and somehow they managed to forget the latte we ordered. I won’t be coming back.

It was awful experience visiting you guys. The cashier girl was really grumpy and not paying attention to me when i was ordering!!! Also the ice machine was out of ice and not fountain drinks, the food was cold and not follow my instructions… do something with ur employees cuz that blond girl was really awful. But i have to said the food was really good!

First and last time coming to these place. Staff service is awful. Very unprofessional and inattentive staff. Got a latte and felt like water with a hint of milk. No ice at the machine. But have to say the food was great. We got a Denver Omelette and a 101 Trio Bagel!

We ordered our food by Uber eats. We asked for side of cream cheese but they were actually on the bagel. My little one couldn’t have a bite and straight into the trash bin. So disappointing.

The staff was really inattentive. Went in to get bagels and cream cheese. The person that was working the register seemed zoned out….leaning on the counter and had AirPods on listening to music. Didn’t even pay attention when we walked in. Had to get her attention to even place an order. We placed the order and it was made incorrectly. Told the person handing the order that it was incorrect and he started arguing with the person at the cash register. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here again due to this experience.

Worth the drive. It’s the best rated bagel shop around, so we drove out of our way to give it a shot. The bagels were excellent. They are a bit softer and larger than other places, which was welcome. The best feature, though, was the profound taste. I’ll definitely make a trip out there again. They also have a monthly coffee membership, which costs $10.99 for unlimited coffee per month. The atmosphere is a mix of eclectic and undefined. The barista who took my order unironically held a large teddy bear the entire time.
