It's a casual Korean eatery with all the staples such as soft tofu stew, cold noodles, and dongkatsu. The Alfredo portion of the dongkatsu just tasted like cream and it didn't really have the garlic flavor or any other flavors that the sauce usually has. I preferred the spicy portion it had a good flavor and a nice kick. It wasn't very spicy but just enough to enhance the flavor. I like the crispiness of the breading and the portion size was good for the price. The fried bread on the side was a nice touch but I wished it had more flavor it was kind of plain. I like the corn slaw on the side it was slightly sweet and paired well with the meal, I just wished it came with the cabbage slaw that the other dongkatsu dishes had. It would have been nice to cut the oiliness of the meal as a whole. This isn't pictured but it also came with a nice bow of broth. I would definitely come back for a quick and comforting meal.

The ambiance is more American. The food is not bad, but for me, it doesn't seem to be really authentic Korean. It seems like they tried to have a similar taste, but it seems a bit lacking. Service is excellent!

I was happy to meet an old friend here today for lunch and had one of the lunch specials from their extensive menu. They have like 20 or 30 items tagged as lunch specials. I had a simple and delicious pork sundobu. Since I just started the Paleo diet a week and a half ago, I skipped eating the rice and sundobu was perfectly spicey and heartwarming on a cool weekday. Last time I was here three months ago, I know this restaurant has a reputation for great donkatsu served on a huge plate. Imagine a legal size pad of paper, which I think is 8 1/2 x 14", but deliciously breaded pork cutlet. But, today I didn't have a huge appetite, so I went with a smaller lunch special.

I had cheese pork cutlet, but in general, the pork cutlet was more delicious.

It was delicious! However, it was disappointing that the end of the pork cutlet was too hard, probably because they fried it twice. The staff were so friendly!

Food is decent. I would have given them a 4 star rating if not for a bad service. One of their crews who was so rude. I asked him for some straws and he said to me “you have to wait for that” in an impolite manner. The lady who was our server, who only spoke Korean never check on us our after our food was delivered.

If you love Korean Food, this is a must try! It's delicious & very authentic. The restaurant itself is not a big place, but the foods flavor is gigantic! The ambiance is cozy and authentic. The wait staff most speak Korean. They are all super nice and welcoming. My favorite thing to do at this restaurant is to bring a few friends and order 3 or 4 dishes and share. Everything is so good, that you will for sure want to try way more than one thing. The stone bowl soups are insanely delicious and arrive at your table hot and bubbling. The pork katsu is phenomenal. I haven't tried anything at this restaurant that I did not like. I highly recommend!!!

A family operated authentic restaurant with delicious food. Each time my family and friends come here, the food and service is outstanding. The menu has home style favorites as well as the snacking things you want when you have a craving for casual Korean. I have had issues in the past with some in the Korean community who tend to deliver poor service because I do not speak the language (Korean adoptee) or are very rude to my family (married to an African American with three biracial kids), but this is one place where I feel they are progressing to at least put service ahead of any historical baggage from old ways/biases. It is truly a pleasure each and every time I go to this restaurant and hope others will give it a try and frequent the spot. Hands down crunchiest Donkatsu in the metro.

I ordered the pork cutlets upon hearing that it was their most popular item. The portion size is very large, and it tastes just like how it would be made in Korea. They also serve banchan which consists of kimchi, bean sprouts, and other pickled veggies. My friend ordered the budae jjigae, and he loved it. It was spicy and hearty with a lot of meat and other ingredients.

Tofu soup is great! The beef inside is tender and perfect!

OG Korean restaurant. Has always been good, still good ? interiors a bit outdated but it’s still cute enough old school vibe.
