For several years we went to Whole Foods in Johns Creek for dinner. We usually sat in the booths at the grill but sometimes on a stool in the italian section. The food was delicious and they prepared it to your liking for a reasonable price. You could have a beer or a glass of wine to accompany your meal. We made many friends there as they too went for dinner. It is sad and a real disappointment that they no longer have the restaurants. They only have the hot bar where the food is sub par at best and has usually been sitting there for awhile. I can't begin to tell you how many people we have talked to that stopped going to this Whole Foods because of closing the restaurants. Please consider bringing back the grill. Even the staff at Whole Foods talk about how much they miss it.

I normally love Whole Foods but there's a woman working in the prepared foods area that's extremely rude. She ignored me when I first walked up to their counter and once the second employee walked up and also ignored me, I asked "are you guys closed?". The second employee said "no, I thought she was helping you." I said nope. She then barks at me when I asked the guy about the Thai noodles "HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT!" This was a very bizarre experience for me. Not used to hostility at Whole Foods.

Not sure what it is about this location but all of the people that work here are so smug and rude. They have no sense of "customer service". I think it would be useful for the employees here to go through a course on communication and customer service. It's honestly so disgusting how disrespectful they are. I will not be shopping here anymore.

I was going to buy some meat but the person serving customers was wearing his face mask only covering his chin. That is not protecting me nor him. Whole Foods has gone way down hill.

I love Whole Foods Markets! WFM is my candy store. I appreciate the consistency of all WFMs I've been to. This location is always clean and organized. Easy to find items, and staff is always friendly and willing to help. My favorite part about WFM is their prepared foods department! Just as in their grocery aisles, they don't have artificial colors, flavors, preservatives and more in their prepared foods department. You can really see and taste the quality. Everything is clearly labeled and all ingredients listed. There's something for just about every dietary need. My family and I have tried several items on the menu, and have never been disappointed. Many of the items throughout the store are 10% off for Amazon Prime members, so always scan your Prime code if you're a member. I've scanned my code a few times not expecting a discount and have been pleasantly surprised!

This location is pretty consistent. However, as for the Grill where I like to get lunch- the male chefs are excellent, unfortunately the female cooks are all incompetent. I spent $17.00 on lunch - salmon w kale and spinach - had to throw it away. Horrid. They need to fire all the female cooks that work there. The hot food bar is horrid; broccoli is green not brown! Cauliflower as well as everything else has been overcooked. Is a student doing the cooking? Plantains were burnt.... Hire people who know how to cook healthy food...not burnt, overcooked. Management needs to keep a watchful eye on the hot food bar. Healthy, fresh, appealing... food would be nice so I can grab a bite and groceries....

Excellent source of cold pressed juices, fruits, vegetables, seafood and dry aged steak. I got some amazing oysters the other day, I'll be coming back for more once the Thanksgiving break is over. Interactions with the staff have always been a positive experience.

Husband loves German Chocolate Cake... nothing but some cupcakes in the display case. That's ok... it will work. Purchased two. Dry as a bone. Seriously?? You can't make a moist chocolate base? Cake from a box would have tasted better. Second time I've visited where I saw someone fondling the cookies in the open display case. Yes... fondling... and he put them back. Gross.

We came into this location after speaking with an employee on the phone in a certain dept. "Yes the item is on sale and you'll receive an extra 10% off if you're a Prime member" she said. We arrived, picked up items from a cheerful employee, go to register and check out. Upon closer inspection after leaving, the items rang up at regular price. We returned to the store and approached customer service. A woman behind the desk on phone helping a customer but an employee standing in front of the desk asks how can she help. This is where it turned not so good. We explained the situation and instead of agreeing she comes up with an explanation as to why the price was not discounted. We said "No, we called and spoke with your employee and they verified the price." By this time the woman behind the desk had gotten off the phone and chimed in "prices on the last chance cart are 'up to' 50% off. We explained this item was not on the last chance cart and are well aware of how the carts work. The employee standing there at customer service still not believing us calls the employee from the department with sale item up to the customer service desk. The dept. employee arrives and says "Yes, the item IS on sale with an additional 10% off and clearly marked on the shelf." WOW! This is EXACTLY what we told the customer service desk!!! Now we have wasted ten minutes of our lunch hour to deal with what should have been handled upon our arrival. The customer service "team" should have immediately gone to the dept. and verified the price on the shelf, not come up with an excuse as to why the tag was still there (when in fact the SAME items ARE on sale at other Whole Food locations.) The process was like "you're guilty until proven innocent!" Moral of this story: In customer service you work to ensure customer satisfaction and make your customer feel welcomed and not come up with a couple of excuses as to why a price is (in your mind) incorrect. Believe your customer, verify, don't assume. When you assume, you make an a** out of U and me. This is the first time we've encountered this attitude at any Whole Foods location in Georgia.

This is an update to a previous review that wasn't very pleasant. Well, I visited Whole Foods to pick up our family's favorite apple juice and noticed some awesome deals. In all of my years of shopping at Whole Foods aka "Whole Paycheck", I've never seen so many deals. The amazing deal I scored this trip was on kombucha. I am an avid kombucha drinker and I always check Whole Foods kombucha fridge for new brands and Flavors. Well, they had a brand on sale (select flavors) for $1.57 regular $3.99/each. And being a Prime member I received an additional 10% off each. Well, I bought ALL OF THEM. LOL!! But that's not the end of the deal. There is also a current special that if you spend $10 in store now, you get a $10 credit to spend on Amazon on Prime Day July 15 & 16th. This pretty much made my kombucha purchase free. I also received a nice, sturdy Amazon Prime Day reusable bag for free. #Score....Needless to say: " Today was a good day." -Ice Cube LOL!!

My favorite store in the world! Hot food is cheap, and the salad is all washed thoroughly, unlike other places. I like their extensive selections and the convenience this store has to offer. I love this place a little more than the Alpharetta location. THAT location has $3 beer though. Also, the wifi here is super fast and free with no password. They also got some of the most well-lit parking lots at night. The Allegro coffee here may not be the best, so skip that part if you have a high taste for coffee.
