The food here is great. However, the young lady who takes the order is not friendly and it's very off putting. We were here Dec 26 at 1pm and spent close to 100.00 . I told her I would leave a review because she is rude and she said, "ok that's fine " . Please train your staff to be kind and smile because we are spending money that pays her salary

Yesterday I had the worst wings I've ever had in life from here . They tasted as if the sauce was mixed with vinegar. Terrible .

This place. I ordered online and received something totally different. They are unwilling to give you what you order because their menu is different than the one online. What does that even mean? I went back and was refused fries. Charged me 14 plus dollars for one fish and 5 shrimp. I will call corporate and ask if this is acceptable. False advertising and deceptive behaviour.

Food was okay. Sandwich was so messy it completely fell apart and I had to use a fork to eat it. Fries were good. Hard to communicate with lady who took our order.

We're so happy that they have a bilingual person working there now. My mother went there, she loves the food but always had trouble ordering. She went in yesterday and she said it was so easy to order. The food is always great. We decided to try it out today and would definitely recommend to eat there. Customer service excellent and super clean!

Well well well, I continue to see non sanitary acts in restaurants. A cook there at American deli was handling a garbage can with his sanitary gloves on and then handled food without changing gloves. I told the cashier who appear to be the manager about it and she said (with a "yeah whatever look") "I'll tell them." That same cashier also hustled me. I wanted a burger combo and a two piece fish combo (for my aunt) and she said I'll have to give you a one piece fish combo and add a fish and I was like ok. Then she apologize and said I'm sorry you'll have to order a minimal two pieces of fish in a combo and I was like, ok ?. Finally, she gave me my total of thirty one dollars and some change and I thought to myself that doesn't seem right but I went with it. I was tired and sleepy (somewhat of a long story) and just wanted to get back to the car and eat. After arriving back to the car I discovered that I had a burger combo, a two piece fish and hushpuppies combo, and a one piece fish and rice with veggies combo. I then realize why my total came to thirty one dollars. I was to tired to go back and argue my case so I ate and rested.
