The hambuger patties were burned and when i took it back to the counter the korean husband and wife owners did not even wanna look at it to see what i am talking about she kept looking at my face and refused to replace the burger with a fresh burger while showing me so much attitude they said thats how a burger supposed to be these people dont need to be selling food !! they have no regard for customers or other human beings !! i should really report them to the authorities for selling food that is not safe to eat!!

Don’t ever come here for a burger, they literally burnt my burger dry meat and burnt, I showed them and they didn’t even bother to even look and would say it’s normal without looking at it.

Excellent food. I love food and especially from a place named American deli. The food was great and the people, well the people are friendly. I had a cheese burger. It was cooked properly, the burger came with a combo of fries and a drink. The fries were crinkle fries and they are cooked to perfection. They weren't soggy at all. I will be back again.

I used to come to this American Deli all of the time when I lived on this side of town, but I stopped in today and it didn't seem the same. The cashier wasn't very nice and seems like there is all new staff. The chicken tenders were over cooked and hard and they suddenly started charging extra tp toss the tenders in sauce.

I’m an American Deli addict and I can confidently say with 100% certainty that this is the best American Deli on the planet. It’s clean and the drink machines are available to you for refills any time. On top of that the owner gives off grandma vibes, so friendly and sweet! The food is also just different compared to the other ones I’ve been to in Decatur. Fresh, delicious, saucy, and BANGING! I love this place
