Poor service....servers ignore you while attending to friends or regulars. Cover for guys is $20...no where near worth it

We bought $100 tickets to see Gritz and Jelly Butter here. Upon arrival, the venue was closed. Apparently, it’s closed for good…? There was nothing posted at the door so we don’t really know. We had guests in from Connecticut and really wanted to show them a good time. Due to not having any prior notification, we couldn’t make reservations for any other event for the evening. So, all dressed up with no place to go! We eventually got refunded but it was a major bummer.

Sooo disappointed ..we drove 40 miles to see Gritz and Jelly Butter, only to be told around 10:30 that the show was cancelled. We ordered the j*** wings and at least one of them was bloody inside. We sent them back and the same wings were brought back to us, but overcooked this time. Our first round of margaritas were good. The second round had the taste and smell of stale / dirty dish cloth. I will say the j*** chicken egg rolls were delicious.

Advertised a band playing tonight that we love and follow.. called first they insisted that we reserve a table $50 … paid arrive to half empty “club” .. not lounge… waiting waiting waiting after hours no band… Gritz & Jelly Butter…. Announcement from dj band isn’t performing due to tech issues.. requested refund only came for band .. no refund.. in a empy club”… was told by employee band left due to none payment.. contact breech! Ugh ibad biz I have no respect for bad biz practices

Beware if you order tickets for a show. I purchased tickets for the J Love show, an hour later I received an email that his show was rescheduled for another day over a month later at a completely different establishment. It was a group of us, we were celebratIng a birthday so that was not going to work for us. Long story short, we ended up visiting the venue, and we did have a good time, however we would have had a good time anywhere considering we were a large group and out to celebrate. Food was just ok. I assumed since the show was canceled, I would receive an automatic refund for the almost $500 I spent for the show. needless to say, I did not. I went back and forth with there event person Janet until she just decided not to respond to me anymore. Beware, Beware!!!!

Went 2 different weeks. First week food was absolutely amazing. The buffet was bar none and free...Salad.jerk chicken.rice and beans...salmon..shrimp ravioli...crab leg clusters...strawberries watermelon...I just cant... The NEXT TIME... DOORS NEVER OPENED ...I had invited 2 other couples and made a 45 min ride...waited an HOUR... THEY NEVER OPENED THE DOORS !!!... WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR... NOT SURE BUT CALLED 3X AND SOMEONE ANSWERED AND HUNG UP...TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL...?

Yesterday went to see Jon B. ( 3/24/2023). Worst experience ever!First of all they drinks weren't properly mixed, short staff upstairs- waited over 20 - 30 min for a drink, plus Jon B was supposed to perform at 1030pm he finally came stage around 1215am. On top of that his perform was HORRIBLE! I COULD NOT TAKE IT NO MORE, I EVENTUALLY LEFT. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I COULD AND SHOULD HAVE STAYED HOME!I came to Bermuda Bar twice beforeThe first experience I came with a group of friends, we sat for over an 1hr with no drinks nor food, 2nd time was even worse.I try to give businesses a chance to redeem themselves, but they didn't.

This is the Real Deal for A Mature, Urban Professional night out! Music can best be described as Party Music.. When we walked in Trey Songs was performing. The DJ took us all over the map and hit some unexpected decades as well.. we partied all night.. plenty of seating and very nice waitresses... And Security was like Ft Knox! ?.. great place. And great location.. Large and roomy. Great food options and they even have a cigar bar...

Great place to relax, lounge, drink and eat some amazing food. The mixed drinks were on point, and I was really surprised how fresh and delicious the food was. The place has some of the best lobster with Mac & cheese that I have had anywhere! Definitely will be back for the food and featured nights.

Nice establishment. We visited for the Happy Hour buffet. The establishment was nice. The food was good it just seemed some of the food was spicy that didn’t need to be like mash potatoes and the pasta. Kabobs and the stuffed salmon was nice. Staff was friendly and our waitress was very considerate.

This place is certainly for a niche audience - night life. We heard about it so we decided to go dine. They make you pay at the door, $20… then you go in to pay for the food. So we clearly not going back. The fire cracker shrimp - terrible. The fish and grits, we can’t deny - it would have been amazing if it was actually hot or warm.

The Red Sample band played this last Friday. As usual, they killed it. Free buffet from 5-8p, pretty good options. Nice location, bigger than it looks. Hookah is good as well.
