This is our absolute favorite hotpot place! We have tried many different places, and while good, nothing compares to the quality and experience here. The broths are so flavorful you sometimes hardly need the side sauce (though it's also delicious!) Highly highly recommend!

Love this place. Order sliced lamb, pork belly and beef. Went to the fridge and got like 20 skewers of Assorted meat, mushrooms, fish cakes, etc.

What a GREAT place! I cannot believe I have never been here or heard of it before! My friend and I arrived on a Tuesday around 12pm. The place was dead. We were the only diners there for pretty much the entirety of our meal. Service was fast and friendly. Boiled Skewer offers street style skewer hot pot. The options are endless! They have an excellent variety of veggies and proteins to choose from. I like the idea of physically choosing them yourself from the fridge. You can also order from a menu if you'd like. My friend and I picked one of almost everything! I felt like a kid in a candy store picking out my skewers and sides. It was awesome. I don't recall the broth nor the sauces we ordered, but they were fire. Everything looked and tasted fresh. Prices were more than reasonable, they were cheap! Definitely coming back!

This is my favorite hotpot place! We always get the half and half (half spicy/half original) The concept here is different because they have fridges out front that contain food on plates or on dark or light skewers. Darker ones are more than the light (can't remember the prices) But basically you get the items you want and of course cook them as you normally would. The service here is great, only issue is they may not speak English very well, but the broths are sooooo flavorful! We come here once or twice a month!

This is hands down my favorite restaurant. The ingredients are completely customizable and of great quality for a very low price. Additionally, the staff is really friendly and attentive. The Mario themed paintings are hilarious. I would be so sad if this restaurant ever closed. It’s the only hot pot restaurant I’ll go to now.

I came to this hot pot restaurant today, wow! Too surprised me, I really like the taste of this house, absolutely true Chinese hot pot flavor, I have not eaten such authentic Chinese hot pot in Atlanta, I believe their chef is professional, when I like to eat All kinds of meat and seafood, green vegetables put into the hot pot, a burst of fragrance, let me have a lot of appetite, saliva is flowing out, I can't wait to want to taste, the taste of this hometown! Their hot pot bottom material has a Chinese herbal scent, plus the peanut butter they prepared, and a cow's scallops, so I forgot to be in the United States, I ate a lot of small beef and vegetables I like. More, I can't stop, I have forgotten that I want to lose weight, my friend is American, he even likes this hot pot, although he doesn't use chopsticks very much, but the intimate waiter specially brought him a fork. He also say"good.good...good"!
