I recently had lunch at Cơm Gà Houston in Duluth, following a memorable visit to their Houston location. While the Duluth restaurant's food was okay, it didn't quite live up to the standout quality I remembered. However, the restaurant itself impressed with its clean, modern decor, providing a pleasant dining atmosphere. For those in the area looking for Vietnamese cuisine, especially chicken dishes, it's certainly worth checking out.

Dropped by here during the evening on a weekday for takeout. It wasn't crowded at all during our arrival, so we were served promptly. My party and I ended up getting ourselves Bánh Canh w/Dark Meat, Hủ Tiếu w/Dark Meat and Gỏi Bắp Chuối, (all priced in the range of $16-$17). Everything was delicious. The restaurant itself was quite spacious and inviting as well. Overall, we had a great experience here and should we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return!

If you are looking for good food, service, and a family-friendly atmosphere, go check them out. All the dishes are either chicken or duck. There's no other meat served. The restaurant is bright and airy. It is opened, and there's plenty of light filtering through the windows. If you are looking for a romantic, private, and quiet place to eat, this is not the place for you. This is a bustling family environment. The service was pretty fast. We got our food less than 30 minutes. The servers were quick and efficient. They didn't hover over us, so that was good. Here's what we ate, liked, and took out:1. Rice congee with duck.2. Bun mang ga thit den (vermicelli noodles served with chicken broth, bamboo shoot, pork blood, green onions, cilantro, fried shallot, and Vietnamese coriander leaves).3. Com ga goi bap chuoi ( Rice and chicken banana flower salad).4. Pho ga thit den (Rice noodles served in chicken broth, green onions, cilantro, red onions, and Vietnamese coriander leaves. Bean sprouts and Thai basil on the sideAll the soup was perfectly seasoned, so we didn't have to add anything.Parking: Free parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Family dining style and kid friendly.

Great for chicken rice or noodles, and equally good to-go or dine-in. Often with Asian food, the quality is better dining in than take out. Not here! I've always had a good experience. I've called in advance and have also ordered in person and it's always fast. I live about 15 minutes away and when I get home it's still hot when I order the noodles. The chicken rice isn't supposed to be hot- so if you order that to go- don't expect it to be super hot. I'm sharing this only because my husband who is American thought it was not freshly cooked until I explained it to him. I love the Com Ga here because it's the closest I can get to Hainanese chicken rice in the area, which is one of my favorite things to eat. My only wish is that they would include a sauce for the rice. I know it's not traditional for this Vietnamese dish, but it makes it so much better when the chicken rice has a sauce. No matter though- I always have some in the fridge. I have tried many noodle combinations here and really they're pretty similar just with different types of noodles. I'm a big fan of blood cake so makes me so happy that they offer it here.

I remember when they first opened... it was soo delicious and something where you knew would hit the spot everytime... things have changed! Walking in, I was greeted right away. Service was great and fast. Portions are large and I like how the ambiance was clean and also still had those Vietnamese elements. The food was just unfortunately lacking. Not close to what I remember at all... maybe it's been too long since I last been here but today, on a Friday in DEC, not many people here unlike back in the day where it was always packed. Don't know if I caught them on an off day but hope they can find the old recipe and technique from back then!! Otherwise, it's going to be tough to want to come back.. though will for sure give here 1 more shot before final decision and spending more coin here

This was my first time trying a place that serves mainly chicken broth Vietnamese noodle soups but it did not disappoint! I loved the broth for all of the noodle soups, it's clean and flavorful, very much healing to the soul. Most of the noodle soups have the same base, just different noodles (rice noodle, egg noodle, Vietnamese udon). I tried the Vietnamese udon and it was interesting, but probably not something I would personally get since it was more like sliced noodles. I also loved the dipping sauce each bowl comes with that goes perfectly with the chicken. The inside is spacious and clean as well with fast service. Overall, highly recommend this place but maybe skip out on the thick noodles :)

I went to this restaurant on a whim; I had been craving Pho and decided to try this place. I was disappointed the broth was not flavorful at all, and the ingredients were fresh, but the noodles were stuck together, and the broth wasn't hot enough to soften them up.The parking is good, and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. But, suffice it to say, still looking for a good Pho and Ramen restaurant.
