Ehhh. Not the best. Not the worst. It's just there. Service is iffy too and last time I was there I didn't get the extra pita bread I paid for. Their bread and fresh juices I like but most of the main meals I could pass on. Chicken is usually overcooked and dry, hummus has too much tahini in it, and I've certainly had better falafel. If a friend wanted to go then sure but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.

Love the friendly service and how good the food makes me feel! Grabbing extra grub to treat my family. Baba ghanouj, falafel, and fried cauliflower... Sooooo good!

Great food and friendly service. A perfect place for a quick lunch or meetup. Clean inside and not overly crowded.

Stapling a plastic container is not the best idea considering I now have 2 staples in my rice. & the plates didn’t even come with pita??

I was in the mood for AUTHENTIC mediterranean and, boy, did this place deliver! I ordered the chicken shawarma plate with rice and tabbouleh and WOW! The chicken was seasoned to perfection. The rice was cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor. The tabbouleh was amazing! It was the perfect lunch. And the portions! I still have half a plate left for dinner! Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. I will be returning again!

I love this place! Probably one of my favorite Mediterranean places around here! Great vegetarian options too!

Cafe Raik is DELICIOUS!! I had the chicken shawarma wrap dressed with red cabbage, onion, cucumber, garlic spread, and tihini sauce. It was perfect and full of flavor! It may come with other toppings when ordering "as-is", but when ordering online you individually select toppings from a long list. You can also opt for the chicken shawarma sandwich to be served in pita bread instead of a wrap. They have a $7 special (for the sandwich only), and it was very filling. What was even better, the "fried" eggplant. OMG. The one word I'd use to describe this dish is BOLD. The sauce is amazing! The description online says it's a garlic and bell pepper sauce. Mine appeared to have cilantro and tomatoes as well. It was so good. However, I dropped a star here because I ordered the fried eggplant, but it looked nothing like the image on the website or the poster in the restaurant . It was eggplant, but honestly, it didn't appear to be fried, and it wasn't breaded like in the photo. As mentioned, the sauce was completely different. So it wasn't what I was going for (and I still want to try it as it appears on the menu), but ultimately, I absolutely LOVED IT! The eggplant came served with warm soft pita, which complimented the sauce well. This appetizer is available in two sizes, small or large, with the price ranging from $4.50 - $6.95. Overall: I'm glad I gave Cafe Raik a shot! Now I have a new lunch spot.

I needed a heathy alternative to fast food. This is the place. Clean, well staffed and friendly service. Good is really good. Atmosphere is nice. This will be my go to place for a quick lunch when in Duluth .

If you're in search for a good Mediterranean meal, I highly recommend this place. There's a lady that works there and she's so sweet to talk to.

It's nice to have a Mediterranean option in the burbs, but temper your expectations. Placed a large takeout order, which took quite a bit of guesswork -- it would have been helpful to have container sizes listed for online ordering. Portions on side dishes ended up being quite generous, easily enough for 4 to share. Lentil side dish was the winner - simple but flavorful and filling. Not enough pita included -- only 2 pieces for a large order of hummus? The tabouli is pretty lazy - no bulgar, just roughly chopped and dressed parsley. Ultimately, the reason we will not be returning is that our order included an entire entree portion of tiny dried out souvlaki dregs. What were they thinking, including 2 normal orders and 1 scraped off the bottom of the pan? Of course we were going to notice something was wrong. Not okay. We were also missing add-on sauces that we paid for. Two stars for accessible Mediterranean food with quality control issues.

We have eaten their food a handful of tokes and so far, we really like it! I do have to say that it’s best eaten warm so if you can dine in or eat in the car, it will probably taste better :). Their hand cut fries are delicious! The restaurant is very well decorated and taken care of. Staff is friendly. You can tell that the place is run with care. Def worth a try! My fav: Beef Kabaab roll! Chicken isn’t hand slaughter but beef is halal.

I have ordered a sandwich meal on a few different occasions. Their fries are always limp and flat, very disappointing. Also, they put a mish mash of too much sauce in the sandwiches which keep dripping out as you eat. The falafel is too dry. I wouldn't recommend them just for their fries which need much improvement and need to be piping hot, fresh, and crisp
