Our waitress was Amazing, she kept our drinks refilled and attentively to our needs. Yes! We were greeted and seated promptly. We arrived near the time for the kitchen staff to end making meals. Our food was fresh and hot. This was my first time at this location. I was well pleased with my service. I will recommend this location to my friends and I will return back with more friends. Thank you for all your staff working so hard on our behalf.

Been to this location twice. The first time I was there, the chicken was very salty. I didn't complain, because I was in a hurry and I left. My second visit, the food was awesome (steak). The service was great and the atmosphere is great - across from the Gas South Arena in Duluth.

I ordered an online order for my family and they were out of lids for their gallon jugs. The whole team at this Carrabba’s seemed to careless after speaking with multiple representatives. I paid for something and they could not do anything to help. I spoke to the manager Juan and he would not ALLOW me to speak to Fred who was the general manager. This type of service is mind blowing. They were not even willing to do anything to make it right including refund my money! I contacted corporate and I am still waiting to hear back from them. I would give them a zero if I could!

The truth is I didn't like it this time the service I asked for a meat and they brought me a red tomato sauce that the presentation looked horrible, they didn't put napkins on me and although the innkeeper was very kind there was NO empathy in their answers! I think the staff needs a human resources workshop.
