So here’s my problem.I have ate at many chick fil a restaurants and this one by far has the best most fresh food.Now the bad,The staff is sub par.Sometimes I order drive thru and I feel like I’m at McDonald’s because they keep saying “what else”like they are rushing me.Today and most of the time when I go inside to eat the cashier greets me asks me what I want to eat then makes me repeat my order 2-3 times and i honestly am not talking that fast,they just have a lot go friends/distractions behind the counter and cannot concentrate.Also today i ordered a drink to be delivered to my table and after 15 min it never came so we left,this is not the first time this has happened and I’d say I have to check my bag every time I go through drive thru because 10% of the time something is missing.This might be acceptable for some fast food places but chick fil a is supposed to be better than them.Im not like some people who have one bad experience and post about it and while the food is always good the service is not good and it makes me sad to say I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Always good service when I go to any Chick-fil-A but this one is always a very nice store. I asked to switch my drink to the new berry drink it was 40 cent more and they changed without charging me the forty cent. It was a small amount but they were not petty about it. Love this location hands down

From the first moment we walked in, it was amazing! Yes, the Chik-fil-a kindness is well known amongst all Chik-fil-a’s. However, this location demonstrated exceptional service. Darlene, at the counter didn’t rush my child who was learning to order for himself. In fact she encouraged him and educated him on how to order. Maria in the dining area was extremely personable and complimented me on my attire. Even other customers had compliments. My 10yr old said we had to return because of the service. So we did, and they did not disappoint. I needed something and Maria said, “have a seat, I’ll get it for you.” They are amazing!!!! And yes the food was good as well.

They just can’t seem to get my orders right. I went for breakfast a few weeks ago and they forgot my biscuit. I went last week and they forgot the fries for the kids meal. Today, they forgot the nuggets. I was able to catch it while I parked, however after I arrived home, I noticed they gave us the wrong soup. How do you miss bowl of chicken soup! I assume, next time, I’ll need to OPEN the soup in the parking lot to see if it’s chicken soup or not. Horrible drive thru service. Management allows apologizes and offers to replace the item. That’s not what I’m looking for. I simply want my order to get bagged correctly! Offering to give me a bowl of chicken soup, while I’m stuck at home looking at a soup that has beans in it, isn’t fixing the problem. The soup will go in the trash and I won’t make the extra trip back for chicken soup. It’s a big inconvenience and ridiculous to drive back 3 miles for soup. Just get my order right!

Ordered 2 chicken biscuits and they literally just gave me biscuits without any chicken! That’s completely ridiculous. Came back to get my order fixed, and they still gave me a chicken biscuit and a chicken muffin instead of biscuits. How do you get an order wrong twice??Management needs an over haul and the owner needs to seriously take a look at the services they are providing bc quite frankly it’s sad. I’m still in shock this happened at Chick-fil-A. Somewhere that’s supposed to be renowned for their customer service. Looks like all the employees are too busy talking amongst each other to get any of the orders correct.

Employees are confrontational, argumentative, judgmental and the service is slow.My last club sandwich was cold and the teenagers in the dining area can get very loud and they aren’t corrected so the dining experience isn’t a pleasure. #NotDelighted
