This place is just horrible, when you know you know. Our server was great, she was the best part of the whole experience. The manager was moody as if his period was on, the drinks were horrible. We had to send our first round back cause all we tasted was sour mix. The bartender didn’t even know what a blue Long Island was, just a disgrace to the profession. The manager never apologized for the situation or tried to rectify the situation, he instead came to our table with diarrhea of the mouth talking about severs having to ID every guest and pay $100 fine in Gwinnett county. Had absolutely nothing to do with the bartender making nasty drinks and not knowing what a blue Long Island is. Just unacceptable. We were treated unfairly and all we wanted to do was have a nice drink and meal. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO A CHILLI’S AGAIN. This has been the best customer service I have received in a long time! Tamera was very attentive and kind! The manager made sure we were taken care of as well. I highly recommend this location!

It wasn't busy but we had to get the hostess because after sitting there 10 min no one came to take our order. The bartender finally came to take the order and it was like he was newly hired. We finally got food and didn't see anyone until we finished. Not a good 1st visit but will be the last. (We were dining with a 4 yr old)

I went to have dinner after work. The bartender (white guy with beard and long hair), in his nose, no tissue. Did not wash his hands makes my drink. Its was so gross and unsanitary. I was sooo grossed out. The manager re-made my drink and I moved my seat! I didnt want to pull the race card but he did not care. The bartender kept picking at his nose in my face while taking my order. Please becarefull eating at the bar or order from that bar???

Had some hair in my food, talked to Amy the so called general manager! Instead of refunding my food she tried to persuade me into getting a gift card! I said no refund me. But it got weird because I’m from the south and just say “baby” when i spoke. Amy went out her way to say she felt uncomfortable about me saying “baby” when i talk. If she was more focused on the food being right than someone who came from a different walk of life than her, as i told her. I said that’s a way of respect where I’m from and proceeded. She eventually said she was doing a refund and tried to make it difficult to get it done saying i need to know my last 4 of my card to get it but had my ticket pulled up. Whoever she is needs to get a coaching from her higher ups because understand being a GM you will talk to all walks of life, people talk all kinds of ways and where I’m from “baby” and “sweetie” is how we talk. Instead of correcting me she should’ve been on her line figuring out how to fix such problems from ever happening again. Won’t be returning here. She’s uncomfortable with regular communication!

Got ID at the bar I was 22 refused to service me, took a sip of my friends drink and got kicked out? Manager is extremely rude as well the bar tender don’t recommend go to the Hamilton mill location instead.
