They are so rude and sexist. I was in line behind four men and they gave me half the portion all the men had. I pay just as much as a man for my meal and I am getting half their meal. The lady with glasses was so rude and cut me off from talking every time I was ordering. It was so embarrassing to order because of how uncomfortable I felt. When they messed up my order they didn’t even try to take the blame for the mistake until I told them I am not eating that. So disappointed!

They ration food at this location they barely give you a full serving. When I asked for double chicken she gave 1 and 1/4 scoop of chicken when I asked for more she gave me 2 more pieces. I don't know why they act like they are losing money from serving a good portion. 1 full bowl is barely filling the stomach.

This place is a joke... I would've never expected Johns Creek to have the WORST Chipotle ever. The few times I've ordered from here my pickup order was always 15-20 minutes late even when it isn't busy... Furthermore, every time I come here I have never had a good experience with the workers. Because I have worked in food and I KNOW how hellish work/people can be, so I always try to treat every worker with respect. However, even when I'm chill with the workers, they always have an attitude... I get work is rough but it isn't that hard to be kind.

Unbelievably small amount was put into the bowl...Maybe that's because of the inflation? But the chicken was as little as one table spoonful.A lady was making my chicken bowl.It was very disappointed. It was never this small before.

Are mobile orders not a priority? What’s the point of the pickup shelf if it’s not going to be used? Either use it or get rid of it. There were at least 7 mobile order customers waiting for our food and not a single employee asked us for our names. Chipotle is fortunate that their food is still good.
