Was extremely rushed to order my meal, Order came out wrong and was asked to restart in line to keep line moving. I took the salad they prepared because I did not want to wait in that line again. For the cost, It would seem employees would be nicer?

I stopped by on Saturday to grab lunch and didnt expect to be treated the way I was. The first employee gave me a half scoop of beans and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a tortilla on the side. Im not asking to get food for free, why are yall treating me like I am? Ive eaten here for over 4 years and never had this experience. Im assuming its new management and if it is, this isnt it.

I just visited this location today 4/11/24 and might I say the Customer Service was awful!! The chips was stale like they were left open from the day before and the portions were ridiculously small. I usually get my cold toppings on the side since I planned on rewarming my food later on, when it was time to get my cold toppings added on the lady preparing it had a strong language barrier and put the pico on my bowl despite me saying that I wanted it on the side. I then told someone that is more fluent in English that I wanted it on the side and her response was "So what you want another bowl?" so when I responded yes she literally through the bowl in the trash causing it to go on the walls and floors as if it has upset her. Then when they remade my bowl it was like the portions were smaller then the first one. I got the al pastor chicken bowl and added steak of course I was expecting an up charge for 2 meats, but they charged me $5.30 for "extra steak" when they did not give me and extra steak. The lady that threw out the first bowl was also forcefully throwing my side toppings cups into the bag. I did not feel welcome.

I usually love going to Chipotle for lunch. They offer healthy and delicious food at an affordable price that also helps me to get closer to reaching my fitness goals.Cons I experienced on my recent trip to this location:- Employees did not greet me when I entered the restaurant.- Fajitas were completely under cooked and super crunchy (pretty much raw)My protein portion was more like 2 oz instead of the 4 oz like it should be which means I probably didn’t hit my protein goal with this meal.Unfortunately I did not have the best experience at this location and will be going to other locations next time.

The absolute best location ever. I walk in and out of the building under 3 minutes. I came in about lunch time and they had all hands on deck to make sure you were not waiting in line. The got my order quickly and passed it to the next person to finish. They were so fast I felt like I was holding them up trying to pay lol. Fantastic, fresh food as well

This chipotle is always packed and has some extremely rude employees. They roll their eyes while they serve you and the way they portion your bowl/ burrito is horrible. When you ask them for a little more they always deny it and continue to serve you with poor attitude. I don’t recommend this chipotle to any avid chipotle fan ??

The employee making my bowls did not put enough ingredients in my bowl.Had to tell him can you add a little more every time he put something in my bowls. Should be able to out a good amount in it without me telling him every time.

Told me they didn’t have my Uber eats order after showing my app . Wouldn’t help and tried to make me re pay for them to even make my order . Extra embarrassing.. made me feel like I was in the wrong ..
Spent over $50 and tipped just to receive poor quality food. When in person I never have these issues. Every time I order online there is an issue with my order. Your Togo/online guests deserve the same quality food as your in person/dine in guests. Do not recommend online orders at this location.
