Made my teriyaki chicken cringe. He must have had only extra small spring rolls that day. I asked him to scream hate speech into my French fries and he refused because the French fries were REAL Americans. I suppose in his mind only second class citizens deserve hate speech. Will not be returning. Also the shrimp here was tiny and pathetic.

Do Not, I repeat, Do Not order or patron this establishment. This place gave me food poisoning last night. I came to resolve my dispute like an adult and I was met with a child. This guy is the an a**hole above the law, so he feels. I however am not the 2 but the 1. He started to call me an ugly black woman and told me to take more food but i would not get anymore food from this unfit place or this unfit "person"(i think). I called the cops, he proceeded to be belligerent and insulting to my race. This place deserves to be shut down and i will devote a good amount of time to contacting uber eats, door dash, my lawyer etc. STAY AWAY!!!

Stopped in for a quick bite while waiting for my car to get serviced at a nearby dealer. My group was the only customer present. Took about 15 - 20 mins to receive my order. The place was clean & seating looked comfortable. The men's bathroom didn't have any running water. The person I was with reported it to the Cashier but she didn't seem to care. A quick "Out of Order" sign would have been considerate to put up. Although there were 3 of us she gave us 1 eating utensil. She also called us to the counter to get our food rather than walk it over. Again, we were the only customers there. Food: I enjoyed the Cho Cho roll, others I was with preferred the spring roll & the dumplings were horrible. They stuck together, fell apart & were not fresh. The sauces that came with the starters were as expected & paired well with the food. As quickly as I learned about this place I'm going to forget it...except for the bathroom with no running water, terrible dumplings & lack of customer service.

The cashier who claims he is the owner, Eric Kim, son was very rude and disrespectful. Same guy Bryce and Gavin spoke of on the reviews below. I will never eat at this establishment with such lack of respect for good customers. He yelled and cursed at us, attempted to rush us out, and spoke poorly about us to other staff members in our presence. He also continually made disgusting sounds of coughing up mucus while we were eating and turned out the lights on the side we were sitting on. The restaurant was opened to 4am. He lied and said it was closed an hour after we arrived. We placed our order at 11:15am and did not receive food until twenty minutes later. My order was wrong and we had to wait another 10min. When I complained he disregarded me and continued to play his video game. We witnessed him speaking poorly to other customers of color. I began to feel unsafe and left.

I went there to do a Grub Hub delivery and I had a similar encounter with the same person that Bryce was talking about. I looked at the picture and recognized him. It like he was looking for an argument with me and he got what he was looking for. Rude and disrespectful. Fortunately it didn't get physical, but dropped the order right back on their counter and told him to get someone else to deliver it. Warning: do not go to this place to do any deliveries or patronize.

if i could give this restaurant a 0 for customer service; i would. just ordered to go about 10 minutes ago, the food here is great, one of my favorite late night hibachis. the cashier taking your order however, is extremely rude. i usually come here with my boyfriend and he doesn't give much attitude when es here. tonight on the other hand, i come in and he asks me if pick up, i said no, to go. he says, "okay to go?" and i said yes. he says "you could have said that" and i'm like "i did" he then processes to ask me what i would like & i tell him my order. i say medium well done for my steak. he says "okay pick one" and i'm like okay medium well done. and he says "well or well done, you got to pick one" all with an attitude. that's when i cracked. and i told him "you always give an attitude whenever i come, like why" he then says "you want to leave, i don't need you're money, you're more welcome to go" and k tell him" i'm going to order my food, i'm just stating facts" then proceeds to say "okay well you can leave, we don't need your service". i have been craving this all day which is why i ordered here. any way he takes my payment. i sit down. he starts coughing loudly, everywhere. then he goes to the kitchen and is coughing there. i am pretty sure he coughed in my food or something. he then tells me my food is reassuring. i go up and ask for yum yum sauce. he gives me one. i ask him for a second one and he says "69 cents" then says "69 cents since you want to talk s***** i didn't respond back to him, i paid and left. horrible employee and customer service. after reading all the horrible reviews, not sure why he is still working here. i saw a review of him pulling a knife at someone then talking about hispanics. two night ago my boyfriend came at 11:30 and he told him he couldn't order, and told him to leave. even though they close at 4pm. never coming back here again. worse service in duluth by far.

This is the photo of the kid that tried to stab me with a 12 inch butcher knife one night while I was waiting for my door dash order to be ready so I could get it delivered to the customer. Upon arrival, he asked me if I was there to pick up door dash order. I replied with yes despite the previous encounter I had with him where he told my girlfriend to "get the f*** out of the store. I'm not taking your order you're taking too long". I handled that situation and I have video evidence. Fast forward about a week later. I decided to try out door dashing. Long story short, I get an order from Choo Choo express as my last order of the night. I get to the store within minutes of receiving the order. Get out my car. Walked in. He immediately knew who I was due to previous encounter but despite that, he approached me respectfully. He asked was I there to pick up a door dash order. I said yes with equal respect. And he told me that it would take about 5-10 minutes. So I'm standing at the counter right in front of him waiting for the order for about 12 minutes . After 12 minutes pass. He looks me in my face and says "you're the dasher right? Ur here to pick up an order right?" He then asks me the name on the order AGAIN as if he didn't already know. I replied with "stop playing with me and get my s*** ready so I can go, I do not have time to deal with the stupid s**** Hurry up before I get mad". Immediately after those words left my mouth, he ran to the counter and grabs what appeared to be a 12 inch butcher knife and lunged at me over the counter with it. I immediately turned around to retrieve my pistol from the car. In fear of me shooting him, As soon as I turned around to walk out the store. He runs from behind the counter and postures like he wants to fight me saying "come on come on, you wanna fight let's fight". So I proceed to whoop his a** right in front of the store. At some point during the fight. He fell on the floor and starting screaming help to whomever was in the kitchen. Once he regained his footing he went into the back and came back with a broomstick trying to hit me with it. I grabbed a chair and asked him what he was going to do with that little a** broomstick. He realized he was out matched and retreated to the back of the kitchen. I threw the chair down and go to the outside of the building where I called the police. Police arrive and ask him to see video surveillance of the incident. He refused and said that he couldn't access it until the morning. He then got angry when the cop realized that was b******* and started calling me a n***** in front of a lobby full of people and the cops. I ended up banned from the store and nothing happened to him. NEVER. Ever. Ever in your life go to this establishment. Oh and also. This kid sits behind that counter and plays video games all day. And when he is interrupted with a customer trying to order, he displays the biggest attitude because he has to pause his little video game. @ the owners (I'm pretty sure this is your son or nephew or something like that. You need to get rid of him as soon as possible, extremely bad for business).

If I could give this place a negative star I would. The Asian guy in there was RUDE and not to mention we are in covid. He comes out the kitchen coughing directly at me. To get me out the restaurant. All because I made an error to place my UberEats order as a delivery when it was a pick up. I could hear him cursing saying I “effed” up my own order. I have never in my life been as insulted and also felt discriminated against. The food lacks flavor anyway. It’s just cheap and convenient for late night. Spare yourself getting cursed out. As A restaurant owner myself. I would never review a restaurant. But the owner needs to fire the guy at the front. He’s bad for business. This happened 40 mins ago (2/8/22 at 9:50 pm)

Came late at night, so there's some hiccups to be expected. Steak ordered medium, cooked well done. Ordered a side of shrimp tempura, came out as coconut shrimp.

I order steak and shrimp with fried rice and shrimp tempura. It’s late night, ordered at 12:50am, I wasn’t expecting much but omg. The steak I ordered medium is well done and chewy and the “shrimp tempura” I ordered is coconut shrimp!??? I HATE coconut and if they advertised correctly I would’ve gotten something else but I just won’t come here ever again.
