The person making the ice cream wasn’t even in uniform he was in sweat pants but the most important thing is to know that he didn’t have on any type of hair net that’s gross but not as much as the bad smell coming from the bathrooms and the store smells really bad.

Came in today with my family and felt super bad for the girl working she was really overwhelmed and in tears as she was working by herself and had a long line. Don’t understand how they could just schedule her to work on her own. Nonetheless she did an amazing job and what she could!

One star is too good for this place.I wish I would have read the reviews before going here. We received a gift card and decided to use it. It’s been a few years since we have been to this location. Back in the day it was clean and nice. Today was like it was not the same place, the outside windows and door should have told us how disgusting it was inside. The smell hits you a few steps in the door, then we saw the counter and the display case. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or wiped down in months. The floor was just as filthy. Turned around and walk out. Surprised they haven’t been shut down.
There's a flavor that's not on the menu any more- strawberry banana rendezvous - but i am able to build the order and it's always so yummy!

Rudest employees ever. There were no lights on and the sign was turned off and when I asked if they were open one employee gave me an rude response about "if you see employees in here it typically means we're open". Typical high school mean girls with no customer service etiquette.

I was here on 7/29 and the place didn’t look dirty to me. It looked clean. Their food inspection certificate was scored with a 98. The ice cream tasted great. Thank u!

Okay first of all the place looked dirty. Walked in and wanted a small cup of ice cream which was $6.49. Got charged 7.49 and I asked why they said it’s because it’s a “signature cup” Okay what’s that supposed to mean? That’s not what’s on your price board. Shady. Then I look at my receipt and there is a food tax. Georgia doesn’t have a food tax and it was more than 6% which is the tax rate for Gwinnett. I felt scammed in there and even though it’s a few bucks it’s not about the amount but the principle. Won’t be coming back.

I saw many of my past co-workers talking about their horror stories at this location and decided to do the same. This location is absolutely DISGUSTING. I’ve seen fruit flies in the topping display, around the icecream, and especially around bananas! Nothing gets cleaned, and it is extremely unsanitary. These are pictures that were sent to me when I worked, but i’ve seen updated pictures and… they’re one in the same. The owner is also very questionable. Doesn’t do anything about the dirtiness about the store. If you stay in the area, save yourself the stomachache and the time and eat somewhere else
