I'm so relieved to see so many negative reviews because I don't typically like leaving them but I think the owner and her staff are way in over there heads. I would suggest you take your time, reorganize, reprioritize, and reopen. Until then, I'm glad to see the success you deserve.I'm sure you are doing the best you can but don't break the law to keep your doors open. Serve some good vibes and food. Or do something else.

DO NOT GO HERE PERIOD. GO TO GLAM OR HANSHIN OR THE NEW SPOT NEXT TO ITAEWON CLASS OR EVEN ITAEWON CLASS IS BETTER SERVICE!! THEY DON’T WANT YOUR BUSINESS. Not sanitized or even simply cleaned for next customers. I guess they make enough money selling alcohol past 3 AM(illegal) hahaha. They don't seem to care for customer service or even business in general. Spend your money else where. Enough said.

My friends and I stopped by here on Saturday for karaoke and the service we received was atrocious! The karaoke room they put us in was sticky and dirty. We were yelled at for coming out of our karaoke room to ask for a beer menu and when asked, their response was "we have everything, just tell us what you want." When we were leaving and came out to ask for our check, everyone that worked there was huddled around the bar (we seemed to be the only patrons in the bar atm) and glared at us for interrupting their conversation. I didn't try their food, so I can't speak to that, but the service here is the worst I've ever had and they charge 50% more than other places around the area for karaoke. Do yourself a favor and go to Hanshin Pocha or Itaewon Class Pocha instead.

I had 20 pcs wings and a two bottles of water. The total came out $42. They over charged me with water bottles, when the menu says $1.99.

Post 08/2021 Review The interior is roomier, totally different atmosphere from the original. Say goodbye to the wooden tables and vintage decore. Looks more like a hip bar restuarant. OPEN till 5am. I wouldnt come here until after 2:30am. It looks dead at 1am. FYI They pat you down at the door if your an individual whom likes to bear their constitutional rights. They use korean TJ Media Karaoke machines in the 5 private rooms. You come in find a table if availible and order at the counter. Not sure if they actually come to you to take orders. If you found yourself at this place its very much like a distillation reaction. Half of your friends and fellow patrons have boiled away and the remnants dont want the party to stop. Dont be suprised to be greeted by the familiar faces, especially the staff of local establishments (Encore/Red/Restaurants) from which you came. In summary, its hard not to like this place especially since its the only after hours spot open in this area. Sure the prices might be a little higher but who else is gonna serve you at this hour.
