came in for the first time and the service and quality of food was the best i’ve ever had at a korean bbq place. they pretty much cooked everything for us. would recommend to anyone in the area!

I don’t care they included service fee or not, but prefer that they do because I feel like them servers don’t have to worry about who is being cheap tippers. I’ve been here at least 5 times within the last 2 months and never once had a bad experience. They take good care of their customers so 18% and up is definitely worth it! The meat is always fresh and well seasoned. I love that they’re not too salty. Their side dishes are really tasty as well. I also love the gyoza! Overall, definitely my go to spot for AYCE KBBQ, despite they’re at the higher price compare to other places.

Super disappointed about our first experience there. It started off great, food came fast, service was good then it quickly went DOWNHILL closer to the end of our meal. My husband and I were still deciding on the next meat we wanted for AYCE cause they had quite a big selection, and one of the servers came over and asked if we were done, we told them no, we were just taking a break to decide what to get next. Then they came not too long after to drop off the bill after we told them that we were not finished yet! My son still wanted more noodles and we still wanted to get more meat and sides. My husband even tried to order more cheese corn and the server said ok but never came by to drop it off. Don’t think we’ll be back, I’d rather go to Iron Age for better service.

We walked into the store at 10:15PM hoping to get a table for 4. Mind you the website says they close at 12AM, they turned us away from the door in an rude manner saying they close early today and have no apparent reason why we were turned away. I was told this location is a great kbbq spot, but based off my first interaction with them and especially driving an hour to the location just to eat there, i would never attempt to come here again. How can you suddenly choose to close while there are individuals who walked in before us who got tables…

I was so satisfied that it was a shame that it only gave 5 stars.I ate flower meat and seasoned ribs.The meat is thick, so the savory juice spreads out when you chew it.Even though the marinated ribs were not overly seasoned, they stuck to my mouth.The soybean paste stew was also great.And our server, Hyunji, had the best service as well as his pretty face.In many waysIt's definitely a famous restaurant.I'm eating wellI'll come often

I came here this evening, and when I took my order from a skinny Asian part-timer who couldn't speak Korean, she didn't even respond properly. The first time she put out the food, not all of it came out, so I just asked her when the rest would be served, but she suddenly raised her voice in a irritated voice when I told her that I had placed my order. I couldn't see his expression because he was wearing a mask, but I told him I was just asking the part-time worker anyway. In my heart, I just wanted to leave, call the manager, and leave. My girlfriend and I couldn't even eat properly because I felt bad even before the meat was cooked. I couldn't control my facial expressions, and the part-timer kept coming to the table to the point where I was so angry that I didn't know if he had done something wrong or not, and wouldn't leave us alone, which was even more ridiculous. I used to be a part-time worker, and I know that working at a meat restaurant is difficult, and most of the employees at this store are friendly, so I feel sorry and thankful to the servers every time they take an order, but I feel really sorry for that female part-timer. It was my favorite store, but I don't think I'll be going there anytime soon.
You need to read the bill clearly. I went to eat E M Bop Korean BBQ last night. When I checked out, the store automatically included a 20% tip. However, at the end of the bill, the Tip Guide also showed three tipping options for you. Try to cheat you paying again, asking for a tip with ulterior motives is really ugly. I will never go to this kind of store again. Moreover, the quality of the meat in this store is very poor and difficult to eat.

I didn't have a great experience dining here.They also just removed the grill WITHOUT asking us if we were done. That's a rude gesture if I've ever seen one.
