I understand that they get busy for breakfast, but the guy calling out the beverage orders may need another position. He either didn't know how to pronounce my name or didn't understand the how it was spelled. He called out my drink order and I responded. There was an order called out after mine & the guest took awhile to get it. The guy didn't have a friendly response to her either.The rest of the team was very friendly & welcoming.
