Let me start with, I love Firehouse Subs. However, I am very disappointed in the events of Friday, April 12. I ordered lunch from this location as it is closest to my school. I placed the order at 10:30am for Doordash delivery between 11:20 and 11:40am as our lunch starts at 11:45am. We ordered five sandwiches, one salad, and six cookies. At 11:20am, my dasher is at the restaurant and sends me a message that they do not have my order. At 11:32am, Doordash sends me a message saying the restaurant cancelled our order because they could not fulfill it. I can only assume someone did not check online orders in a timely fashion. This was quite disappointing as it was an appreciation lunch for my team of teachers, and I did not even have time to order cheap pizza for delivery before our lunchtime was over.

We had Firehouse catered for lunch today at work. It was for 25 people and not realizing we should have ordered 24 hours in advance, we placed it this morning. The staff at this restaurant STILL had our order ready when they said it would be and everything was accurate!! When we arrived to pick up everything, the store was crowded, but we were cashed out right away, in and out!! Highly satisfied with this store and staff :)

Staff was pretty rude when ordering a build-your-own yesterday, made a mocking expression, and then ended up giving us the wrong order with rubbery bacon. Both sandwiches we got were very soggy from the moment we got them as well. It was to the point that it was a little embarrassing to have had a craving for firehouse after my friends told me all day it was mid. This location has left a bad taste in my mouth that'll likely prevent me from wanting firehouse in the future.

People need to work.. I get it. Please consider requesting sniffling employees wear a mask and not touch their nose around food. Not for COVID.. I do not want to get sick. It is easy to spot someone feeling under the weather. I did, your manager should be able to.

My order was not ready when I got there to pick it up at the scheduled time. In fact, to my surprise there was no one around to greet me. I yelled out "hello" a few times and finally someone walked out from the back. He asked if I was there to pick up and I said yes. He asked for my name, checked his computer and apparently noticed my order -- about 20 minutes after I placed it. I ended up waiting around 20 more minutes while he prepared my order. To top it off, the worker never offered an apology AND when I got home, the meatballs on my sandwich were burnt on the bottom. Smh. Bad food, worse service.

I don't know what's happened at this location on Satellite but it's steadily gone downhill. The staff is rude, they ignore you standing at the counter. Cleanliness is terrible and food prep area is dirty. The guy making my sandwich touched his hair and face and never washed his hands or changed his gloves. I cancelled my order. Won't be back.

I decided to get Firehouse since I was in the area. I ordered online as I always do. And my order was incorrect as it always is smh. This might have been the first time that I had walked into a firehouse location and wasn't greeted, stared at by the employees but not worthy of a greeting. The sub was right, and surprisingly, it was on the rack on time this time around. Somehow, all the meat was shifted to the right on the bread, but that was no biggie. My issue came in because the employees obviously have an issue with reading comprehension. The tag says specifically what I wanted, yet neither of those last two items was in my bag. I needed to use the restroom, but it was out of order. Walking back to the front, I noticed that someone was about to make tea and left the sugar on the counter uncovered with the whisk still sitting in it. If the person got busy, they could've easily carried the container back. I hope these people get it together.

Anytime I order a side item chips, brownie, cookies,etc. They never put it in there. I've wasted countless money and someone is enjoying them on my behalf.

Came in on a Wed terrible attitudes and service.Just didn't give a crap. Never will come here again. Thank God for Jerseys Mikes. Sandwiches were meh. Cost too much as well. Highly not recommended.Ambiance casual.

Every time i get a sandwich to-go they manage to get the order wrong. The employees always looks angry. The place gets filthier by the day. Not coming back here anymore..Also: i thought the law requires food preparers to wear hair nets while preparing food. None of the employees were wearing them.. just my observations..
