We got the same corner spot as last time. ( the best seat in the whole room). The service was fast from the seafood tower to our entrees. Our team lead by Steven with Sarah and Maria were perfect. And the drinks got stronger the longer they sat lol. Again another great Frankie’s experience. This restaurant has been a great birthday place to spend with family. See you soon.

I truly hate to write this review. I’ve eaten at this restaurant a few times for the most part. I enjoyed it but my last visit I had the worst service I have ever had in any restaurant much less high-end restaurant like Frankies. This was a true disappointment as it was my son‘s 23rd birthday, so we took him and his fiancé to dinner, at this point I truly wish we had chosen another restaurant. It ruined his birthday and our desire to want to go back to Frankie’s. I’m not going to go into all of the events that took place, but there were many, and it was very sad for me to say their customer service was horrid at best. The food was truly not up to par.

This place is seriously a hidden gem to eat at. The food has to be the best we have ever had. Our servers Patrick, Gamaliel, and Brookyln were great the whole meal with detailed descriptions of food and market pricing for specialty items. Really wish there was a higher rating to give. Also try the lobster bisque, you wont regret it.
Frankie’s is a phenomenal establishment! I was so grateful to bring in my birthday there, the food is always amazing and our serving team of Maceo , Ruth, and Sky just was the cherry on top! Phenomenal service + great food is always a win. Keep up the great work!

Frankie's Steakhouse was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was upscale and inviting.The food was incredible the filet and lamb chops was cooked to perfection. But what truly made the night special was the service. Our server, Patrick Gamaliel, was outstanding. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience.Overall, Frankie's Steakhouse gets a five-star rating from us!
