I had the worst hooters experience yesterday, Our waitress who took care of us at around 10 pm (black girl that goes by the name anaya or tanaya) did not care about us and we were not treated as we should have been. Our food was brought out cold because she was in the back gossiping instead of serving us. After we left no tip due to the bad service she began to make gestures at us through the window as we were leaving. That was very unprofessional of her part and we will never be coming back. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!

SUPER BAD SERVICE our waitress would barely check up on us and brought us cold food. After all that (ANAYA OR TANAYA) expected a tip. As we were leaving she was making gestures at all of us and that is very UNPROFESSIONAL. HOOTERS DO BETTER WITH WHO YOU HIRE!!!!!!! Never coming back ever again. And I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Stopped in here today as we were passing through on our way to the NortheastToday 6 March at about 1730 hours, the bartender I believe her name was Brooklyn was phenomenal took incredible care of everybody that sat at the bar, as well as Togo customers.The venue was slow, we saw the manager but he didn't make rounds and didn't talk to the customers he stayed in the back in the kitchen only occasionally sticking his head out to look into the dining room but never came out and talk to the customers. This is just a very different scenario that I'm used to from the Hooters concept. Normally the managers are interacting with a customer's the entire shift. I could see the gentleman in the kitchen looking at a rack of hamburger buns and he counted them for over an hour.I'm not used to sing a manager not interact with a customers and work with or on customer service. This venue needs a lot of help in the management department.The staff did an incredible job taking care of customers with no manager in site.Staff seems like they are competent, but management here is lacking.

Don’t even deserve a one star. Didn’t seat us didn’t say nothing so we left. Worst serve any restaurant in all of Gwinnett ?

Did not like my wings. The tator tots were crispy and I really enjoyed them. The key lime pie was weird. I didn’t expect those toppings on a key lime pie. I could understand cheesecake but not a key lime pie. Didn’t really like the combination.

Worst service I ever received. Wait, I never got served at all. I showed up to meet a couple friends to watch the NFC Championship Game. It took me 45 minutes to get there. Seven times I try to get a waiter's attention. I get told to order from the bar, because one of the waitresses had too many tables. The bartender was extremely busy too, but I appreciate her kindness. I waited 30 minutes for a glass of water. I was trying to order food next, and another waitress points out that my friends were here for a long time. I had enough, and told her that I just got here. I then told her that I shouldn't have to wait that long for a glass of water, and that I was getting extremely upset. She responds with an apology and that dealing with me wasn't worth two $4 tips. I waited 30 minutes for water, and got nothing but excuses. I'm not throwing the bartender under the bus because I saw how busy she was, but the waitress I spoke to was extremely disrespectful. Expect a call to your manager tomorrow afternoon.

Food is good, but the times we've gone, service has been slow.Parking: Parking is fine for the establishment. Not spacious but shouldn't be difficult to find a space.

Came last Saturday night and the place was hotter than a desert,waitresses slow as watching paint dry and the food was brought back multiple wrong orders and no fries!!Customer service has taken a huge turn for the worst on the evening shift.Wont be back.And by the way the manager seems clueless!!

Ordered bones-less wings. Instead of a wing, one of these was a shrimp. The person eating this has a shellfish allergy, so now they are sick. I call for assistance and the manager simply says “we didn’t know he had a food allergy”. 1. Shellfish allergy is not uncommon. 2. Whether you all knew or not, a staff member was careless and has caused someone to now be sick and you as the manager don’t care.
