After wanting to try for so long went yesterday to celebrate my daughter and her classmate 7th birthday’s that are approaching this week. After giving their age we set down to start our experience new to this we were confused and never fully explained the process nor were we told their were other items on the digital board we could choose from. Leaving to go to the bar the host ask the children age when I left as if they were not six, and I was told by my 11yo when I returned. I didn’t address it because they are first graders with birthdays this week (reason we were out) no need to like about them being 6. When I was time to receive my check I got charged for 4 adults and one child with a bill of 190. As I addressed the situation I was very upset giving not only once corrected I was charged 25$ gratuity I was not aware of from the beginning since it was a party of five. I’m never want to complain let alone write reviews but the food was nasty, the experience was horrible and the atmosphere isn’t worth the prices. Never again and I would advise anyone to find a different one this one is horrible

First time here last week, absolutely loved it! Good pricing for unlimited hotpot & K-bbq. I think it was $20-$25 for adults and $13-$15 for kids 7-10. Kids under 3 are free! We had a great server, I wish I could remember his name. It was our first time here and he explained everything throughly. Super easy, order most meats for hotpot on the Ipad and drinks. They also had a buffet bar for the Korean BBQ. They had lots of options for meat, shrimp, noodles, and toppings for hotpot including quail eggs. All of the food was super good! They also had a helpful diagram that showed how long to cook the meats depending on size and thickness. Overall great service and good, will definitely be back!

I was very pleased with HQ. Compared to some BBQ/Hot Pot restaurants, I liked the ability to pick out my own meats and items for my hot pot vs. waiting for the items to be brought to me. The soup base (I had spicy miso) was tasty and the grilled bulgogi was delish. The service was good. Highly recommended!

Mid food, mid service. Steak and short ribs are your best bet for beef eaters. Other than that, I can't say I would recommend this restaurant. Being that there are so many better ones in its area.

First time trying hot pot and k bbq together. I was a bit lost at first trying to understand what exactly it was I had to do in order to get the food. Luckily our waiter was kind and super helpful to our party. He gave us directions on how to order multiple times cause we didn’t understand it at first. I loved that each one of us had our own hot pot to make. There were plenty of meat, veggies, & noodles to choose from.

Food was good. Selection is not as many as what I had in Jacksonville or Orlando. But meat quality was good. Price is similar to Jacksonville.

This is a great find to Duluth GA. The location has plenty of parking spaces. The servers were friendly and explained how everything works. There are plenty of options from meats, pork, chickens and seafood along with veggies. We had hot pots and BBQ, there are multiple broth bases to choose from. Dip sauces are plentiful as well. Definitely recommend and worth it.

Everyone at the table has to get the same thing. If you have a large party and everyone wants hotpot except 3 people, who want bbq, everyone in the party will get charged an extra $5 even if they are only eating their one thing. They also to encourage you to except their extra $5 a person fee say they will sit those other 3 people in the other side of their restaurant if you sit separately. Not because they don’t have bbq at the table near you but to punish you for trying to get around the $5 a person fee. Bs. Left immediately. There is no shortage of hotpot places.

I respect each culture and me and my wife love to explore different food but this place is too expensive. We left our house because we didn't want to cook and we ended up here to cook in a wierd table and pay high price $$$$ for self service. We explained that today was our first time in HQ Korean BBQ restaurant and that we like to try their taste. They gave us a table we order the food and we had to figure out the rest. We ended up eating some meat with no flavor at all. We did not like this place and we will never come back again

cannot say how the food was because they would not seat us even though we arrived at 10:30pm and the place closes at 11:30pm. We were told it would take 2 hours to eat the food/experience and a hour would not be enough time to eat. This is not good customer service and if you are not seating people after 9:30pm or 10pm then you need to change your hours. Just not good business. Especially since you just opened
