I’m here visiting from Texas and just wanted a good American breakfast so IHOP is the place to go… but as soon as we walked in the door the energy from the hostess was amazing! And I regret not getting her name because she needs a raise!! The hospitality was PHENOMENAL!! From the hostess to the waitress to the manager telling us to have a good day as we left. If I ever get back to GA I’ll definitely be back!!

Really bad service, we arrived at the place around 3:00am. The waiter arrived and took the order. He left and an hour and a half later, when I saw that the food was not arriving, I went to the kitchen and asked how much longer would we wait to receive the order. They told me that it was on my way. 5 minutes later another waiter arrived and asked us about the order and 20 minutes later my order arrived at the table. Really bad experience being the only customers in the place.

Watched the owner fire a girl who said she walked 30 mins to get there on Easter morning and who said she has a baby at home..... If this is how you treat your employees I will never set foot in an ihop again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The owner lives lavishly in her 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house, while she pays her employees $2.15 an hour and talks down to them in front of customers

The owner Jennifer White (she left a 5 star review, of course) is not fit to manage or own any restaurant. Daddy owns a few IHOP locations and so daddy gave her one. She will tell people to leave their shift if they are getting "overtime" because she refuses to pay. She is letting 20 year old kids run the restaurant at night and they aren't state approved servsafe certified. She is extremely unprofessional. Her kids are dating servers and if you date her kids she will call you her son In law or daughter in law and show extreme favoritism. Managers are drinking on the job at night as well. This place needs to be reported to corporate so they can shut it down.

Never coming here again!!!Our order was taken wrong 4 times. In addition, we repeatedly asked for a straw 3 times. When I asked for a fourth time the server got aggressive and called us “a lil b***h”. Before it got to that point we had already asked for a manger but after that I got up and looked for one. The manger came out and I played the recording of everything that was said. We got taken care by the manger after who gave great service.

Just picking up an order and while I was waiting in the waiting area, I noticed the host Carolyn was playing with her hair and being very ride to employees, I think that what she said should have been in private. Carolyn never sanitized hands after playing with hair. This is where people eat and needs to be addressed. Just unsanitized atmosphere.

Food was very good. We were greeted right away by a friendly server. I didn’t catch her name but she was the sweetest server I’ve had in a while. Exceptional service. We would highly recommend everyone to support this IHOP.
