Sandwich barely has condiments; food took 40 mins, gave me Diet Coke instead of cherry coke. Person answering phone sucks at customer service and has an attitude and shouldn’t work there if she hates her job.

I have been to just about every JJ’s around and this location is the absolute BEST!! I always order an Unwich and this location knows how to make them perfectly. It takes talent to wrap an Unwich and they have it down pat!! This location is the ONLY one I will come to.

I know that most of these locations are franchised so probably not going to do me any well by putting this but I do want you to understand that when people come in to get a sandwich the least you can do is acknowledge their presence especially when they acknowledge yours. Being that I am I'm just there to get a sandwich the way that I want and I have money I should be able to ask questions how I want my sandwhich put together. If your job is to be a sandwich maker then you should make the sandwich the way I want it no matter the cost yes telling me that it's going to be an upcharge is one thing but getting an attitude with me because there's an upcharge is another. I simply wanted to ask if a certain meat could be subbed out on a sandwich the attitude I received for the question that I asked was not necessary. Then I just simply asked about Dijon mustard and you pointed me down to the end of the counter where you only carried regular yellow mustard mind you Dijon mustard is a freebie that goes on sandwiches so then I asked you while you were starting to make my sandwich not after my sandwich was made is it possible that you can at least put the Dijon mustard on maybe half the sandwich and you took a deep breath and said either it's on the entire sandwich or not at all I've been to other restaurants Jimmy John's in particular and they just put it on the side for me they didn't get upset with me because I asked for something that is free to go on my sandwich they were not upset with me because I was just simply trying to have my sandwich made that I was paying for. I don't know if you're having a bad day and I don't know if there was something else going on I did notice that you were alone but there was no other customers in the restaurant besides me so I won't judge but I will call you out on what you did and I will say that I didn't feel comfortable in your establishment and I'll just take my business to a different franchise from now on. It really doesn't cost anything to be nice to people but again I don't know what kind of day you're having and you don't know what kind of day I'm having.

I placed an order for pickup between 4:15-4:30. I arrived and they were closed Their hours showed them open much later. Too bad the app does not take into account an early closure. With me luck in getting my refund. Now I call ahead before placing an order at the next closest shop.

While I liked the cashier, the girl that made my sandwich was rude. I asked for extra, extra pickles, and she said she put 5 or 6 pcs on my sandwich when I asked her about the extra pickles. She was also practically laying on the prep counter after making my sandwich. She had head and forearms on that prep surface! Not sanitary at all! I will not be going back to that location again!!

Placed an online order and received a very rude call from the manager that had a terrible attitude and yelled at me that she couldn't make my order. I said ok, fine just cancel it. She proceeded to call me over and over to yell at me about my order and accused me of hanging up on her. I understand restaurants are understaffed and sometimes unable to fulfill an order, however the extremely rude attitude and repeatedly calling to harass me was both unprofessional and a waste of mine and her time.

I was there last night and was very pleased! I have celiac and have to eat gluten free, so I'm always nervous about sub places. Yoshi was very knowledgeable and made my unwich very carefully to avoid any cross contamination. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was pleasant and professional despite the fact that he was there by himself doing everything!!! I hope you appreciate your employees who really do their best job. Go see Yoshi?

I sat out front on a pleasant sunny day while sitting there I noticed the delivery guy complete 4 delivery trips within a 30 minutes span ! I couldn't help but to ask him his name he said "Cooper" no one is going to believe this while I'm sitting here still typing review he has returned!!!!! I can not make this up I am amazed this guy really stand for Jimmy John motto HE DELIVERS SUPER FAST ! keep up the excellent work Cooper

Don’t come to this location. I came today to place a simple order and the two oversized black women there have the NASTIEST attitudes. They clearly hate their jobs. There’s another location that’s about 10 minutes out that is MUCH better (on Pleasant Hill Rd).Edit: After a quick review of their current google and yelp reviews it seems that these two women are ALWAYS the issue.
