As a self proclaimed ramen connoisseur, I dare say jinya ramen is the best ramen in the south East! Especially the Duluth location. Now what makes the Duluth location better than the other location is not per say the food, but the exceptional service. Just today, I came in for lunch was served by Aaliyah at the bar who is not only a beauty but an amazing worker. She helped me navigate through the confusing menu and also provided great service throughout the meal. She was super helpful and brought very good energy. Definitely check out Jinya ramen in Duluth if you can.

I got JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010 to go. Very good ramen. Host was really nice. I would give them 4.5 stars since they gave me about 1.5 playing cards worth of pork (1/8" thick).

10/10 would recommend. I was delighted by the lively and vibrant atmosphere. Despite the bustling ambiance, my server, Fiona, managed to make me feel like a priority, even while attending to multiple tables. She recommended some fantastic drinks, like a henny margarita and boy was that scrumptious.

Jinya has great ramen, I recommend the tonkatsu black. It's very flavorful and the service was great as well. I believed my servers name was Carmen and she was very nice and helpful with questions as well.

Stopped in on a weekday to grab something different for lunch and tried this delicious spicy chicken ramen. Not pictured: spicy bean sprouts and bok choy. My waitress later brought some ramen seasoning and more spicy sauce which I added to give the ramen some extra kick. She was amazing! Didn't check on us too much but just enough to let us know she was there. There weren't many people in the back area where we sat so it was a quiet lunch. There were even a few people working on their laptops near where we were seated. I'll definitely be back since this is fairly new location that's connected to a few other great eateries.

Longest wait of my life. They claimed 10 minutes, and it took almost an hour... for a party of 5. It was really cool watching people who came in AFTER us and with MORE PEOPLE get seated before us. Not to mention all those empty tables. Embarassing...

First time coming to this restaurant. I really appreciated the vegan options and the waiter advising that some things can be cross contained such as surfaces, cooking utensils and hand holding. In addition the atmosphere was a small location but very intimate. A great date spot for sure! Prices were a little on the higher side for the portion sizes. Wait staff was really knowledgeable and friendly. Will def come there again!Vegetarian options: Keep in mind there is cross contamination.
Parking Parking is plentiful, it's in a strip mall. Restaurant Health score is an A. The service was absolutely awesome. Sorry I don't remember our waitress name. The Nikuman was so flavorful. The bun is softer than a pillow. The meat has a slight sweet taste I ended up ordering 2. The spicy chicken ramen was so tasty. The broth had a bold chicken base and slight heat on the back end. The noodle were aldente. However, the soup only has 2 small slice of chicken. My spouse ordered the chicken ramen. Just as good but the broth was not as rich and flavorful. Decor The restaurant is tastefully decorated. Dark tables and decor. This restaurant is a definite do over.

My fave place for ramen. Joining the waitlist is helpful especially on weekends. We love to create our own ramen and it always comes out great. Tasty appetizers as well.

This location has some struggles. Every time we visit we see all new faces which leads me to believe there's a turn over or other management issue.Most people get led to the back room where there is hope for a booth, of which there are only 2, but they always keep one empty for some reason. Most people get crammed in at the bolted in tables where anyone new sitting down might be scooting their butt by your ramen bowl or drinks. They really could take out one of the tables and give some more room for people to get to the benches, or better yet, take out all of that and put in booths. We saw 3 groups of people cycle out from the table next to us it was too crowded of a space.Today we had 3 different servers and our ramen arrived before our drinks did. Not only did the first server forget our drinks but our last server forgot the condiments we asked for. I miss the days when those were just provided on the tables.The food at this location is hit or miss. I recall the ramen being really great when we visited a couple weeks ago but today it's like there was more fat and oil in the bowls than broth. The Jinya Bun here doesn't even taste like the one at the Sandy Springs location.I think this place could improve if the staffing problems were taken care of. Maybe the workers at this location don't have to be 'en pointe' since it's so far out from the city.
